Very happy with my sectional. Delivery was done next day. I ordered the Woodhaven Envy Chaise Sectional and added an ottoman to it. For the price very comfy, mine was pre leased so no pillows included. A little disappointed with my second order have to wait 5 days for delivery.

Penny and Sierra were seriously the best at helping me get my new laptop and answered ALL my questions I had about a TON of different things!! They were so patient and so kind!! This is my 2nd big purchase from this location and I always get the A+ customer service and these two ladies didn't disappoint. Thank you two so so very much!! I'll be back in a few months!!

Terrible effing location manager gave me wrong info then tried to argue that she told me all of it. I was told to drive to pick up. 17 miles. Then I get there and nothing. It has to be delivered after they told me to pick up. Waste of space. If you absolutely need Aaron’s go to another. Otherwise use offer up or another source.

Pretty frustrating when you drive as fast as you can to get to a store before it closes just to find out that the workers think it’s OK to close early.( More than 10 minutes )Then try to lie to you about why they lock the doors and think it is OK. Apparently Aarons does not care if they lose business, especially having employees like Shawn that do not care to do their job only about going home. Hopefully Shawn gets plenty of home time because it seems like he really needs it.

Wife and i have been doing business with Aaron's since 1999/2000. Started at the location at Dobson and main. Brian was awesome at this location till they closed that store. From there we went all other locations making friends with all employees. We always bought items that where on clearance. We furnished and refurbished house after house with you guys. We have never had a bad experience with Aaron's. The only bad experience we had was when bought a brand new bedroom set and one of the legs was broken. Took pics of the damaged leg showed Ricardo and he ordered a new dresser for us. Now i will say since covid there is no awesome clearance items like there was before. They do have things on clearance but not like pre covid. As long as they treat me good i will forever be Aaron's shopper. Can't blaim Aaron's for not having good clearance items, they have to meet economy's inflation lol.

I recently sent a email regarding my experience with my store here in Arizona.My account IS paid in full. And is current.Online it says I have a payment due March 15th,On the phone they were wanting me to pay 322. Online it was saying 207. I paid the 207 and did not pay the third payment for March because it is not due yet.On the phone they didn’t want to work anything out. I was wanting to set up a payment plan or a partial and they kept saying they’re going to come pick up a mattress from me.My account IS in the clear. I don’t need another person showing up to my door, and trying to get guests in my place to let them in. Highly unprofessional and the service I got handed to me was weak. I’ve been with Aaron’s since 2019. I’ve always had the club membership until they just told me on the phone it wasn’t moved over and the new one I signed for their store doesn’t take affect for 3 months. I am a person with a disability and I can say I’ve never received service like I did from this store.

Don’t go here it’s false advertising they say $1 down then they get you in there tell you one price then at the end after signing agreement the amount to put down is higher

Paid for bed and frame was told it would be delivered between 4pm and 7pm so moved old bed out to make room for new bed and frame and guess what no delivery guess sleeping on the couch. Worst guest service ever no communication at all just sit and wait

So far not impressed, placed my order last week, no one bother to call me to set up my delivery which based off their confirmation emails will be 2-3 day, i called them 2nd day after order was place and they said they didn’t have my order yet and once they received it they would call well tuesday comes along still no phone call so I reached out again and the rep goes out yeah its here and schedules me. They didn’t bother to send a confirmation email or anything and still do not have my order BUT the rep was quick to ask me if I wanted to pay my 1st month payment right there and then the second time I called them.

I spoke with "Juan" today! A completely useless, bag of air! He should not be answering phones especially when he can't grasp the concept of "UPCOMING". Never had any issues with this location until Juan, the dirty, foul, minimum wage earning clown that answered the phone in the 11am hour on 05/31/2022 opened his mouth!
