I have been going here for 5 years and used to always get great customer service. Someone would always greet me at the door and offer to help me find stuff. That has really changed the last few months, no one greets you or offers to help. There is no manager presence, front staff is busy with their phones or talking to each other. The reason I go to Ace is for the customer service, there is both a Lowe’s and Home Depot just down the street. Hopefully this can be fixed, there used to be such a great customer feel there.

They know their stuff here. I've been here afew times with different home maintenance questions: plumbing, door frame seals, electrical- they have it. They help you find the stuff you need, they give valid advice, & also present options on alternative ways to complete tasks/projects. They have more specific tools and supplies that the big hardware stores don't carry. Im a big fan!

Terrible management Sheila was disrespectful and rude. Made me feel belittled and disregarded as a customer. I was willing to give the store one more chance thinking that 1 bad apple couldn't reflect the whole store. I was utterly wrong Lauren treated me very similar and made it seem like my entire presence there was an insult.
