I’m not a car guy. For me, I just want it to get me from one point to another. So when my AC went out, I got anxious about finding a place that was honest / trustworthy.
After just one experience, I realized APA was that kind of place. They thoroughly explained the options for diagnostic costs, gave me an accurate time estimate (which was quick to boot), and were courteous. But the most important part (for me) was that they were willing to be honest about the issue likely being covered by warranty. The willingness to lose work to do the right thing by the customer is important. I’d highly suggest them to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic, and I’ll certainly be going back (although hopefully not soon).

Not open during business hours? I tried the front door during business hours and they appear to not have a place to come in and evaluate the issue for walkins.

Always an amazing job. Not trying to up sell anything or get you to do things that aren't necessary, honest with options. Appreciate the promtness and keeping appointment times on track. Mike was a great help! Riley was very friendly and the technican great! Highly recommend for any car services.

The owner and his wife are amazing people! Sean is a big intimidating guy... but he is so sweet! My daughter (8 years old) thinks he's the best! Lol but truthfully, he is ruins his business with honesty and integrity! He's transparent with his pricing, and let's you know what's wrong and the most cost effective way to fix it! I am so glad we found APA Total Car Care!

Been here twice in 5 years and the 2nd visit was no different than the first. When it comes to shops it’s no different than anything else out there and the saying goes “you get what you pay for” only here you don’t get screwed in the process.🤷♂️. Makes all the difference when people are honest and perform good work the first time. Brought my 2017 Volvo XC90 in due to the AC not working in 117 degree heat and after taking the car to multiple shops again and again with the issue not being fixed correctly I said I’m over it and brought it to APA! Why I didn’t do it in the beginning I’ll never know. Either way got me in the next day after I called and inspected/fixed the car same day! I hung out during the service and annoyed Mike the whole time 😂. Don’t shop around if you want a great experience and to have your vehicle in good hands just make the trip to APA! Thanks all!

They had great customer service. I had to get my car thru emissions and they gave me a great deal to diagnose and fix the issue. I will be using them again.
