Had a recent issue with my AC and the team at Affirmative Air took care of everything quickly. They had installed the part earlier this year and stood behind their work by fixing the problem at no cost. The techs were professional, communicative, and got my system running perfectly again. Affirmative Air called first thing in the morning to schedule my service for later that same day. My technician (Chris) came out to my house right on schedule and fixed the AC unit efficiently and professionally. I’d recommend Affirmative Air and will remember to schedule with them again in the future!

I’ve used this company a few times now, and they’ve consistently done a great job. The team is knowledgeable, professional, and always helpful. Chris was our technician for an AC tune-up, and we were so impressed that we called him again when one of our AC units stopped working. I had tried to troubleshoot the issue myself but couldn’t pinpoint the source. Chris came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, and got everything back up and running.
Although the fix was temporary, I really appreciate his honesty about the situation. It’s clear they care about doing the job right, and I look forward to working with them again.

I have been using Affirmative Air since I have owned my home. They are great at keeping my unit running efficiently and contacting me for my twice yearly maintenance check ups. Chris, my technician, is very knowledgeable and will explain to you exactly what needs to be done repair wise and why. He is also very methodical and ensures everything is working correctly before he leaves.

Affirmative Air was dispatched by my warranty company to address my heating issue. The tech sent was Chris. As it turns out, there were multiple issues that needed to be resolved. Parts needed to be ordered. Chris kept me up to date constantly. He went above and beyond to see a successful conclusion. Several visits took place and he was always on time and kept me informed at all times. I wish I could assign more stars.

Efficient, Compassionately friendly and very Competent. I have used this company service over 12 years. In 2024, they replaced the 24 year old split system in our rental condo. The technicians were prompt, positive attitudes and patient to answer questions. I am confident of fair pricing and service. My personal residence was serviced spring and fall with a couple of warranty parts quickly obtained and replaced. I have never worked with anyone less than exceptional from this company. From my interactions in 2024, I salute Mike, Ashley, Chris and Daniel for all their assistance.

Poor communication and follow-up. I've left multiple messages following up on an issue we had after installation that have not been returned. Chris did a good job with the installation, but since that time the communication has been terrible. It feels as if they are happy to take your business and money, but then not happy to help afterwards.

Affirmative air was dispatched by AHS. They came out said it was repaired. When I came back it was apparent they hadn't touched the unit I put in a claim about. They came back out and said they made additional repairs. It is still not working. I can't get anyone to call me back, the house is over 100 degrees on the inside.

Ian and Brian just left our home after changing the compressor on our A.C. Unit. Very professional and polite. They completed the job in less than 2 hrs. We were out A.C. for 6 days. Affirmative Air Conditioning came out and diagnosed the issue on Thursday and because of the weekend it took a while for my Warranty company to approve the work. The day it was approved Affirmative Air Conditioning called and stated they would be out the next day to complete the work. Great Job Thank you

Showed up late for 4 hour window, then diagnosed the issue with an outside coil broken leaking all the R22 Freon out then had us wait 11 days to repair it and then today when technician shows up he’s there to fix an entirely different issue that wasn’t even discussed and ends up leaving without doing any repairs at all. Then I call the company who never answers the phone and I find out from the extended warranty company they don’t want to work on the issue now because I have a bad attitude. Gee I wonder why! As a business owner of several locations I’d expect more from this company but hey I guess if dropping the ball is ok, continue on.

My home warranty company notified which company was company was coming out and Within 30 minutes company text me and let me know which Technician would be out and at what time.Daniel was on time very professional ,knowledgeable and informative I was a service technician for a propane company for 30 years I've worked with and trained several technicians Daniel is a great asset to your company

My experience with Affirmative Air has been nothing less than 5+star. Starting with Chris, who evaluated my problem and offered solutions to Brian and Ian who performed my install professionally and timely. I am currently enjoying cool air, where previously I was sweating in a house that couldn't do better 85 degrees. If you need service or replacement done professionally and reasonably, I recommend Affirmative Air.
