Don’t work for them as a stocker. They go three people like water and don’t care about truith full needs or requests unless you worked there for years making good moneys new person telling them help is needed after being told you have to stock half of store. And dog you first week working there at 16 dollars a hr and leave you alone manager don’t care snd grocery manager Liz a joke and don’t care either. Work for low pay and get dogged. Don’t work there from a truith ful employee even Safeway az low pay they say essential worker how and why crap pay.

I went to this location to get my covid vaccine. The pharmacist was very nice, personable, and efficent. If you're looking for a place to go in the Gilbert area to get vaccinated, I would recommend this location.

When people think Albertsons they think overpriced; not at all! I have saved more money there than other grocery stores that advertise for savings. The managers and staff are great and very courteous. Also, during this pandemic they have been really clean and you feel safe entering this space.

Very clean friendly! The manager was at the door greeting and watching associates/people! Everyone was busy working it was clean neat organized! My first time at this location and I will be back! All the same Just4u deals here like Safeway! They were very well stocked! Great encouragement and customer service at the checkout with the cashier and clerk bagging my groceries! Awesome time! I highly recommended this location! A little pricey but I'm worth it! Overall great deals if you shop the sales... use the rewards. See ya next time

There is a young lady named Carrie that is a cashier. She is such an asset to the company. My entire bank shut down so I was not able to use my card. My transaction only totalled $1.38, Carrie actually reached into her pocket and gave me $2 of her own money to pay for my transaction. This was the most outstanding example of customer service that I have seen in a long time. This location was already my favorite. Thanks to Carrie I will no longer shop anyplace else!!!!!!!!!!! YOU ROCK CARRIE!!!!!!!!!

I'm in this location at least once per week. I pass 2 Safeway stores on my way but just prefer this location. It is always clean inside, aisles are nicely spaced, staff is always super friendly. My only issue which I encountered again today is the condition of the chips. Whomever you have stocking the shelves, be it a store employee or the delivery person needs to take better care of stocking the shelves. I wanted to take advantage of the sale today, must buy 3 to get each bag for $1.77 but each and every one of the 4 available bags of Tostitos wheat scoops were smashed. I'm taking bits visible through the peak a boo window of the bag. Thank goodness Mission chips were in better condition so I bought those. I guess I saved a bunch of calories though as I only walked out with 1 bag instead of the 3 bags required for the other sale.

Ordered my sons Birthday cake from here for pickup on 7/29/19! I came in two weeks prior with a picture of a Jurassic Park themed cake that I found online and showed the baker in hopes that they could do something similar! The baker was pretty sure that they could but she would need to consult with the head Baker and would call me later to confirm. They did in fact call me a few days later to confirm and assured me that my cake would be ready on the date I requested! When I went to pick up my sons cake I was absolutely thrilled with the finished product! The cake was super cute and just what I wanted! I however was running a little behind schedule and forgot to bring the toy dinosaur decorations and candles that I purchased for the cake but "Misty" the baker had everything that I needed on hand and truly helped me get my life back in order !! Everyone at my sons birthday party loved the cake and it was definitely one of the best tasting cakes I've had! Just wanna Thank Misty and her team again for the great cake and outstanding customer service!

The attitudes of the customer service crew are CRAZY. I cannot believe how I've been lectured about the app not working properly, or how I've had to wait in line for a refund for a price difference since people can't pull tags from a week ago, before customer service opens, just to be scolded by Sheila who apparently is the mother of the store, that I have to wait in line, because apparently she has no idea what is happening in front of her. That's a hell of sentence. And these examples were a hell of an awful customer experience. This store experience is like what I imagine it's like for a now single divorced mother to have to go to their super judgmental and religious aunt's thanksgiving dinner.

Shop here only because this is the closest store to our house. They hardly ever have more than one cash register open in the evening. Customer service is poor. Their digital coupons almost never are applied to receipts and I have to scrutinize every item. Fry's and even Walmart's markets are much more reliable.

Their card machine was down. So once you spend time shopping you cant buy anything. Seriously a waste of time. Put bigger signs. Majority of people dont have cash on them. Seisoulsy just close already.

Yup, this place is going downhill. Today I went shopping here and some of my J4U offers didn't work. I showed the gal that I "added" those offers by showing her on my phone. She asked if I used the "app " to load the offers and I told her that I make all my shopping lists off my home computer. She said that if I don't download the app to my phone and use it to load my offers, it won't work for me. She said that's why my offers won't work. Now, you tell me, how stupid is that? This place is now hiring more morons.

This is convenient for my grocery shopping but I'm now going elsewhere. Reasons being that on several occasions I've relied on them for basic ingredients and they've run out. This week there was no cilantro, brocolli or the bacon I normally get as well as another item on my list that I can't remember offhand. If I have to go somewhere else for the missing ingredients, I might as well just shop somewhere else. The guy in the produce area was apologetic and friendly about it though which saved a star. Also, the guy at the check out that I've encountered several times is not friendly at all, doesn't speak nor smile, obviously resenting his job. I tried to avoid him but unfortunately others must have had the same idea and he was the only checkout available.

Meat department doesn't trim sale items the same as non-sale items. I guess they figure if you're getting a good deal you should have to pay for the extra fat. Don't get me started about front end service. It's horrible!~
