  I went in to get a lash lift and explained I am very picky as an esthetician myself that I don’t trust people with my lashes. However, I wanted to treat myself today. I’ve had a negative experience at another location but I wanted to give them a chance. There was no info letting me know I can’t get a refund, they only offer another service, extensions (which irritate my eyes), or a serum which I do not need. I paid $89.99 for lashes that look like shit and that’s all they would offer for me. One picture is right after and the other is not even 1.5 hours after the service.
