This is the second time I've witnessed someone in handcuffs in this mall parking lot. At night, people often rev their engines loudly and race around in the empty lot. It doesn't feel very safe to walk around after dark.

On weekdays it's a relatively busy "mall", lots of selection, decent food options, walkable, etc.
Weekends though? Absolute and utter nightmare. It's like people purposefully get amped up on White Monsters and go drive aggressively and selfishly in a parking lot designed as if someone saw the parking situation at Tempe Marketplace and said "hold my beer".
There's no hyperbole here, weekends here are absolutely awful.

Pretty nice place. Malls are all struggling to stay relevant, which is sad. San Tan is doing a good job.

I love this shopping center. Along with all the great shops, it's a nice place to just walk around or go out to eat.

San tan village is great, a mix of upscale and small shops. There is lots of places to eat, movies, places for kids, even a high end steak house with valet parking. It is a nice mall BUT it is outdoors! During the summer in Arizona, it does not make sense.

Cool outdoor mall. They had a market on the street this particular day. Lots of vendors a few food vendors, music and the mall itself. We had fun
