Purchased brown leather and vinyl electric recliner sofa about 4 years ago. The leather seats and backs have held up well, the vinyl sides of the seat cushions are coming apart. Extremely poor quality material. This sofa is a waist of good leather to attach to cheap vinyl. This sofa has light use in adult household. Regret the purchase, believe this sofa has a 1 year warranty, good luck with that.

We bought a new home in Arizona and had a complete household to furnish. I did a lot of checking around and with many furniture stores it would be months before we could have furniture delivered, and the furniture was expensive. We furnished our entire home for under $6,000. The leather living room pieces and the bedroom set are Ashley Furniture items and sell for hundreds more on their website. We were very happy with the 2-day turn around for delivery, and AFW's service from purchase through delivery. Our salesperson, Jennifer A. was great. Overall a very positive experience and we love our new furniture.

First, I'd like to point out that I am not leaving this 1 star review based on only having bought from them once and being disgruntled over it. My entire home inside and outside is filled with their products. We like this store and have never had an issue over the past 5 years, until recently. We bought a couch in October and have had 3 issues pop up since then. We made a service call and the technician that came out let us know he knows our couch well and has had to deal with it in other homes. It is just a poor quality couch and unfortunately learning about that now, which is very disappointing seeing as it was not a cheap couch. We called customer service to see what they could do for us, hoping us being loyal customers might show that we would just like to make this bad purchase right. We didn't ask for a refund just simply a store credit towards the purchase of a new one and to take this couch back. We got nowhere and was told all they would do was fix it since it's in the 1 year warranty still, which seeing as 3 issues have come up and we aren't even half way through that warranty was disheartening because what will happen over the next 7 months and after the 1 year warranty is up? We are also going to be out of a couch for 2 weeks while it gets fixed. I am really disappointed they did nothing to rectify the situation and will let others know to be weary of purchasing from them and to look elsewhere next time we are in the market for furniture, which is often since I like to constantly change things in my home.

My wife went last night to pick up a small piece of furniture. We used her card to purchase but order was in my name. We called ahead of time to make sure it was ok. Got the ok. However when she arrived we found out warehouse closed 30 min prior to store closing. Lady who answered phone didn't even tell us that. Offered no apology. Moral? Watch the times for when you can come and cone to pick furniture up.

I purchased a bedroom set in 2017 from AFW in Arizona. No issues with it or the delivery. In 2024 I got a divorce. The bedroom set traveled from Arizona to New Jersey with my ex. This is where it all begins. Horrible customer service, absolutely horrifying! The moving company lost the hardware to the bed. So, my ex is unable to put it together. My ex called AFW and asked to purchase a set of hardware specifically for this bed. AFW said they could not sell it to him because the bed was in my name. WHO F...KING CARES! Just sell him the hardware. Do you want to make money or not? Now I am told over the phone by AFW customer service that I have to come to the store in person and pay the $42, that their computer won't let me pay over the phone or online. WHAT? So, the next day, I go in person to AFW to pay customer service their $42. I was assured that it would be sent to my ex in New Jersey, they even read off his new address, and I said YES, Thank you! Two days later my ex calls me and tells me that FedEx is sending it to our old house that we sold over a month ago, because that is the address where the bedroom set was delivered. ARE YOU F...KING KIDDING ME? My ex was able to reroute it over the phone to a pick-up location in Phoenix where I will have to drive out of my way to get it so I can mail it to him in New Jersey. The excuse is that the computer did it. Really? HAVE WE ALL TURNED INTO MINDLESS IDIOTS WHO OBEY COMPUTERS? Or, is this just AFW?

If you want to do business with a company that has a moral compass and takes great care of their customers when problems arise, don't shop here. I have spent a lot of money, furnished offices and homes, and every time a problem arises I'm left hanging out to dry. The attitude from customer service is maddening, they don't care about you and they never will, they only care about your money. I will never spend my hard earned money at this store again, should have learned my lesson the first few times.

The 5 stars is for the Dock Crew loading the furniture and handling returns with Grace. Tyler and Jacob are amazing, they are professional and should be making a comission based off of their ability to provide a high level of customer service. I wish we could shop directly through these guys. Thank you Tyler and Jacob, see you next time.

do not order anything from this company unless you are 100% sure you are keeping it. the guys coming to pick up our order were eating food while moving the furniture, got schmutz on a piece and then wouldn't return it. Be sure to take many many photos of all the stuff you are returning on the day of pickup! Do not trust them to be honest.

They deliver junk and scam you for delivery fees. Delivered damaged sofa and they agreed it defective, sent 2nd, also clearly damaged, agreed to also take it back and refund me but kept $90 delivery fee.

Have a wide selection of furniture at a decent price but make sure you absolutely love what you purchase and can picture it in your home 100% because they don't give you a 2 day return period like most other furniture stores guarantee, we purchased a leather couch set and it fit a little big in our home, wanted to return it but we couldn't afford to lose out on almost $800 with their delivery fees and return fee. Would rather purchase from Sam Levitz that has similar prices and a 2 day love it or return policy at no fee

Extremely misleading on their financial options. We've been told the offer comes with zero interest and then the interest will accrue; in reality, they charged you with deferred interest from the very first day. This is very unfortunate to experience in this day and age when consumers have the right to a clear understanding of any purchases they've made.

We purchased a recliner only to find out it wasn't in the store but "would be available in a week." We waited 11 days, heard nothing, so we called. They could not state a certain date for it to reach the store, or be delivered to our home. I went into the store for a full refund which was immediately issued without any problem. We ended up purchasing a $200 more expensive recliner from Living Spaces and it was delivered same day.

I see a lot of mixed reviews on peoples experiences at AFW - when we bought our first home and had to grow our collection of furniture, AFW was such a great and affordable option. I don't necessarily think their furniture will stand the test of time or be the highest quality, but if you are looking for solid value, decent piece, it's a great great bang for buck. I definitely think this is a great option. They have many styles of furniture varying in size, colors and prices. We ended up selecting a MCM style couch and chair at the time and we were able to take day of. I believe they have delivery services, but we were able to utilize their load up docks and take it home ourself. In addition to furniture, the amount of affordable accessories and decor they had was also great. From our first visit to our more recent visit, a few years apart, we did not find anything we liked as much, but I do still think the extensive selection and value. If you want to invest in to long term pieces, I would make sure to do your research.
