I can say I never been to one store here in San tan village mall since they open this mall that treated me & my grown adult daughter & friend who was with us with such disrespect. I was greeted by that same staff member more than once when store full other customers. I thought nothing of it until we were all looking at items up front & a worker whispers to other to watch them.?? For looking around your store?? So again worker ask if I need anything for third time.?? How we were all excited to come into the Hallmark store & these ladies stole joy out of coming here.

What a great little shop! I've found it hard to find a Hallmark store and was pleased to find Amy's has everything one would expect for Hallmark! Nice cards (well stocked) and lots of cute gifts!

I had a terrible interaction with Jessica at this store. I was looking for a recipe book and the only one they had was a display model that was scrapped on the bottom. I asked her if they would be me a little discount and she said NO. I politely asked for the manager and she said I am and NO discount. I had several other items I needed to pick up but I walked out of the store and will NEVER shop that store again!

I had a very unsettling experience at this store. While shopping, I witnessed an employee, who was shorter with dirty blonde hair and wearing a pink sweater, yelling aggressively at another staff member in front of customers. It was unprofessional and completely inappropriate, making the atmosphere feel tense and unsafe.
As a customer, I expect better behavior from employees and management to maintain a respectful environment. This incident has made me hesitant to return to this location. I hope steps are taken to prevent this from happening again.
