Nick was stellar. He helped my mom and I for hours.
The store is lucky to have an employee like nick. Thanks to nick, this store closed on a 10k deal today.
He increased the sale, as my mom was hesitant to restart her phone from scratch but thankfully nick was there, and he helped her out completely with setting up her new phone.
Well done!

I still like apple products. However the service at this location has consistently been horrible and about 50% of the staff are pompous and rude. It's worth the time and gas to go to a different location or just buy on line.

This place is top-notch. Apple in general must compensate work as well because they are very helpful attentive and they almost seem OK and are glad/happy to be at work.. came here seeking assistance for an apple device was met with great customer service from one of the managers who sat down walked me through was patient and kind. I can’t think Apple enough for this customer service and experience.

Great service. We had an appointment for our daughter’s iPad Pro - the screen had broken. We got right in. They didn’t have it in stock but we were back just a few days later with a full replacement. Friendly and professional

Apple now has a habit of encouraging you to make service appointments with no intention of servicing your device, but so that they can sell you a new one. The Genius Bar is full of sales reps, not technicians. Do some research before you waste time on an appointment here just so that they can tell you they won’t fix your device- even though there is a service portal on the page about the specific, known issue with your product, that portal is to sell you something new.

I brought my iPhone 15 to Apple because it developed a large black dot on the screen. There was also a small crack in an unrelated part of the screen, but the tech who checked me in was clear that it was still repairable and quoted me $60 to replace both the front and rear screens. Based on that, I agreed and left my phone.
When I returned later that evening, I was surprised to be handed a white box and told my phone was “not repairable” and required a full replacement, now costing $100 instead of $60. At no point did anyone call or inform me of this change. I had only brought the $60 I was quoted, which meant I couldn’t complete the repair and had wasted over an hour and a half driving.
If they had been upfront about the possibility of replacement or at least called before making that decision, I would have saved a lot of time and frustration. This entire situation could have been avoided if they had simply communicated and stuck to what was originally promised.

This review is specifically for Daniel and Salem who helped turn around a situation that I wasn't too thrilled about. Purchased a new phone for pickup with a trade-in. Was told when I picked up the phone that a return kit would be mailed to me but everything that I received said it needed to be an in-store return which meant another 25 minute drive back out to the store. Daniel made sure that I was taken care of and that everything went smoothly and Salem was awesome in helping me get set up. Thank you both! Apple...still not so happy with how much work they caused me but that's for another review.

I recently visited the San Tan Apple store to get my son's phone taken care of, and I had the pleasure of working with Taylor. She was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Not only was she knowledgeable about the product and the issues we were facing, but she also went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved smoothly.
Taylor's friendly demeanor and professionalism made the entire experience stress-free. I truly appreciate her patience and dedication to making sure we left satisfied. Thank you, Taylor, for the outstanding customer service! We'll definitely be back to this location because of employees like you.
