Anthony Darien and Onika are a few of the nicest people I've ever met in my life. The garage and their staff is top of the line when it comes to fitness in the east valley. I couldn't be happier to be surrounded by such high quality trainers helping change the lives of our community!

I've been going here since September and I absolutely love the place! It has really kept me motivated to be active and fit! Working out here has become one of my top priorities every day. My trainers are the best and the owner of the facility is awesome! I would never want to go anywhere else!

I was in town for the weekend and came in to do 16.1. Ryan was very helpful and judged my workout free of charge. I was totally impressed. From what I could see it looks like a great gym. I recommend it.

I was looking for being active for a while and I have tried different options, but I always ended been erratic. I've never did CrossFit before, but when I started in CrossFit Gilbert Gym 3 months ago, I felt that's my place! I never thought I could do it, but I'm getting stronger and I can see results day-by-day. Even though I'm going in different times, I always feel WE ARE A TEAM! I am that kind of person who needs Coaching and here I found the Best ones! CrossFit Gilbert is more than a CrossFit Gym, it's the place to build the Best Version about ourselves while having Fun!

I've been at CF Gilbert for a while now, I really enjoy it. The coaches are committed to your personal fitness gains. Above all, I think they truly care about keeping members for their programming. Everyone can compete on price, but content separates this box!

You walk in with a goal and desire to step outside your comfort zone. Quickly you will realize you gain much more than that. You will accomplish more than you ever knew you were capable of in a community of people who genuinely care and provide support. Crossfit Gilbert is filled with knowledge, genuine people, challenge, victories and tight knit community. You will leave with a smile, drenched in sweat and excited to see what the next day has in store for you. Doesn't get much better than that.

CrossFit Gilbert is AWESOME! I was nervous about joining CrossFit but the fundamental classes helped a lot and the coaches are always available to work with you! I just finished up my 9th week and I am still learning but I have also seen a lot of improvements and am getting to know the terminology of the workouts a bit better each week. Everyone is very welcoming and it feels like a family! They have a good wide range of class times and fun outside of the gym activities for everyone to join in on as well. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to improve their health and fitness! Thank you CrossFit Gilbert!

Don't worry about being too old or too out of shape — just worry about getting started — and this is the place to do it. From truly expert instructors to a friendly, welcoming environment, this is a judgment-free zone that makes working out worthwhile, fun and productive. I love that instructors emphasize taking the time to learn proper techniques so you can stay healthy, and you won't believe the progress you can make in just a few weeks. My only regret is that I didn't start sooner.

CrossFit Gilbert is more than a CrossFit gym, it's a family. Everyone from the coaches to the members are welcoming and happy to get your started on your fitness journey. Whether you are just trying to start or you've been working out for years this is the place for you. I have been working out consistently for about 10 weeks with Ryan and Apollo and I was blown away from day 1. Their knowledge and mentality are focused on movement then strength, this creates a SAFE environment where the most important thing doing the movement correctly before doing it with heavier weight. It's refreshing to see and makes beginning a lot more comfortable. You are only going to get better and I can see that in just ten weeks. Going to workout here is my favorite part of my day. Come try it out, you have nothing to lose!

Forget everything you have ever heard about CrossFit, good and bad. Now take your blank slate and open mind and go to this gym, CrossFit Gilbert. My best friend and I had been working out pretty consistently at LA Fitness since the beginning of year and joined this gym 6 weeks ago to switch things up in our routine. Because I usually read a million reviews and get every opinion I can before I try something new, I was pretty nervous about trying it out. I heard all the horror stories about how people hurt themselves and have a permanent issue for life because of improper form or lifting to hard. We signed up for the 6 week program that involved taking a 2 week fundamental class where they go over movement and then 4 weeks of unlimited access to their classes. Within the first 30 minutes of our first evaluation Ryan (one of the coaches) said something that was music to my ears. "We focus on movement here. If your goal is to compete we can get you there, but we are focused on doing things right and keeping your body safe while still pushing you rather than seeing how much weight you can lift" Needless to say, I've loved learning from theses coaches and the people that attend this gym are also very welcoming and helpful. No one is left behind and they operate as a tight knit family. If you're on the fence about it, just give it a try. There's NOTHING to lose because this gym is fantastic.

The owners and coaches at CrossFit Gilbert are knowledgable when it comes to programming, technique, and nutrition. Their attention to detail ensures that everyone is challenged yet safe, with a goal of promoting overall health and well-being. The community is possibly some of the best people you will find in one group! Each class is full of people who are welcoming, positive, and encouraging. In my time here I've become stronger and fitter, and I've also found a group of friends that I love! I would highly recommend CrossFit Gilbert to anyone looking to challenge themselves while doing so in a fun and supportive environment.

Can not say enough about this place. From the knowledge shared to the compassion shared. Everyone is welcoming and makes you feel completely comfortable. With the guidance and encouragement from staff and members (FAMILY) , I have never felt better inside and out. Love you all!!
