Came in today to get more information about an iPhone promotion going on. Employee (Chase) helped me. While looking into upgrading my account he was very eager to get the upgrade process started. After stating that I would be holding off on doing the upgrade his eagerness quickly faded and became short and unhelpful with questions about work benefit discounts I currently receive. He no longer wanted to look into my bill to help figure out what discounts I actually receive. In the end his response was “Well you can look into your bill to find those things out”
Clearly I would not be asking where my workplace discount benefits show on my bill if it clearly stated an actual line discount on my bill.
Chase showed poor customer service skills and clearly just wanted a fast upgrade transaction.
I will be taking my upgrade business elsewhere, thank you for showing your true colors. It definitely made walking out much easier.

They helped me find the perfect plan that fits my needs without any pressure. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to browse. Overall, excellent service and support—highly recommend!
