This store is under new management and running great. All my concerns were resolved, and I actually managed to save a little money on my bill after my visit. I would make this your go to store.

Angelina sold a straight dope fein a 800$ phone on my business account!! I live And run a business in HB,ca!! I never been to Gilbert or this store! Called the manager Carlos w att customer service was told it would be refunded but nothing yet!! Cant get a hold of anyone , either way this store is committing fraud!! Not cool at all !! I wouldn’t give a $ to this store!! I’ve had this account 25 yrs this is first time this happened !! What a shame !!!

Unbelievably rude and unknowledgeable staff at the Cooper and Warner AT&T store!!! The ONLY professional friendly person here is "Matt." Unfortunately will not return to this store unless Matt is working. Overall I do NOT recommend this store. For my needs, I will only go to the AT&T on Gilbert Road and Germann. Steven is extremely helpful!

Angie and Carlos were extremely friendly and helpful. I set up a new line for my daughter and Carlos knew exactly how to work the parental controls etc. We will return to this store in the future.

Worse experience ever. There was an issue with my phone, and instead of redirecting me to another store to get it solved. They made me go back and forth for almost four months just waiting for the issue to solve itself. Matthew and his manager, Carlos, are not trained properly and just wasted a bunch of my time for nothing (even though they were the ones who made the transactions). Later, a lady gave us the information they all had since the beginning and actually helped me. Customer service over the phone might be tedious, but they are the ones solving the issue.

Went in around 730 at night regarding a situation I've been trying to solve. Matt was absolutely fantastic. He was so kind to help me get my phone set up and working, staying after closing to make sure it worked. He didn't have to but went above and beyond to make sure all my problems were fixed. I'd definitely come here if you need any help whatsoever.

I’ve been an AT&T customer for 15+ years, and have been in customer service for 20+. The customer service I had today from the two gentleman working at the Gilbert location (Warner and Cooper) was A+Carlos and Adam were helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. These two made for a great experience. Thank you!!

Carlos & Matt are 10/10. My experiences (yes more than one) with them were consistently top notch.I had a very, I mean VERY, messy switch from Verizon to AT&T. I was sold by someone who was ill informed. Then it became my responsibility to fix the issues from that miss information since I spearheaded the whole move. But that had nothing to do with these two or this location.They were patient, explained my bill, answered questions and gave me resources to correct issues I shouldn’t have had in the first place AND they made it fun.It is amazing when you get truly considerate customer service, and I want them to know, heck I want everyone to know how GREAT these two are. I actually look forward to the next time I get to go into the AT&T store.

I have been to the store twice about a minor inconvenience regarding an overcharge on my bill and Carlos has been amazing. The guy is so patient and great at what he does. He takes the time to help you out and he is extremely understanding. The store is blessed to have him!
