I cannot say enough good things about working with Gabriel at this AT&T store. We came in with a complicated issue and he did not back down from the challenge even though I know it was tough to tackle. He was so incredibly calm and patient with us, the issue and all of the many people he needed to call to resolve the issue. He was always extremely professional and respectful. I am so grateful he was the one working when we came in. We always felt taken care of. Thank you Gabriel!!

I usually come in regularly and the guys are amazing ! First time meeting a girl yesterday name Felicia ! Stinky face bad attitude bad customer service ! Hate her job didn’t want to be there or help.

We went to upgrade to another phone and Felisa and the manager ordered the wrong phone and told us to decline the package in order to order the right one but it has been eight days since we declined and they have still not been able to find a solution for us we have wasted many hours there with them trying to figure out the solution to a simple problem and they could not even give us that after making the error themselves. Horrible service, do not recommend, and as an employee she doesn’t even know the number of the customer service line. People like them don’t give good service. They were all over the place and had no idea what they were doing.

Love love love Jordan 110% I refer him. He went above and beyond and helped me out with exactly what I needed this guy needs a raise. He even asked me to come back and it was worth it. He had to call customer service but got everything squared away for me and made sure to not let me leave until I was satisfied.

Nick was a great, customer service rep, especially considering he had four customers, all of whom had different needs. I was very pleased with his ability to help each one of us without dropping a beat, becoming frustrated, or losing his composure because we definitely had issues! I was very impressed by his ability to handle each of our situations in a timely, professional manner.

Gabriel was very friendly, professional, answered all my questions. He explained the process of receiving my phone ( had to order one) and that if I needed help transferring my info. From old phone to my new phone he would be available to help. I was very pleased with his service.
