Great customer service!! I had issues with my phone and Boris was so helpful and professional. I appreciated his advice and patience in finding the best options for me. The other associates were also helpful. Rahmir was so kind and helpful. Don't hesitate going to this branch where you will feel appreciated and welcomed.

Excellent customer service. When I walked in, the 2 guys working were getting verbally abused by an insane customer. They handled it extremely well and then provided me with great service. They did not let a bad situation ruin their day. Kudos to you guys!

We are grateful for the service, knowledge, and wonderful camaraderie Brady offers us every time we visit his store. He is honest, upfront and very patient. It is because of Brady at ValVista & Warner next to Target that we are continued AT&T customers. It’s also very important to note that not all AT&T stores are the same. I have stopped into a few other stores in the valley to ask questions throughout the years and have never received service like I have here with Brady. It is obvious that Brady is compassionate about his job and this is extremely hard to find in todays world. Thank you Brady!!!

Eddie at the Warner Road/Val Vista Store provided exceptional customer service. I wish all people provided the level of service Eddie provides. Eddie resolved issues with iPhone for my blind father-in-law. Eddie should be congratulated by store management for the service he provides. Thank you!!!

I came in to the store with my mom, she was having an issue that Daniel resolved. She was eligible to get new phone. I asked Daniel to check to see if I could qualify for an upgrade, I was, and he was so very patient with answering all of my questions, and very knowledgeable, transfered all of my appsto my new phone!.I had questions re: Direct TV stream, he explained in detail to me how it works and how to set it up if I do decide to try it again.Daniel was so kind, patient and knowledgeable and professional! He is an asset to your team!
