Not a full service corporate store, they are just a reseller. The phone I wanted was $6 a month on the website but the worker kept insisting I was wrong and it was $10. That's because they are a reseller and tacking on an extra charge. Sales person was rude and seemed genuinely annoyed that I was there. When I stated that my experience had been much different at the other location is when she finally said they weren't a corporate store. Horrid service. I went to the corporate store and had an amazing experience.

I came into the store to replace my broken phone screen protector, and I spoke with Brett. He was friendly and helpful with the replacement and even offered to personally clean my phone and its case during the replacement. He looked into my account details and informed me of a new pricing plan that I was unaware of that would heavily reduce the monthly cost of service and devices. I'm coordinating a time to come back to the store as soon as possible to upgrade our devices and switch to the new plan, and I wouldn't have known this process was available for me if it hadn't been for his kind gesture. Brett went above and beyond during my visit and I really appreciate his effort and willingness to make sure I remain a happy and satisfied customer! Thank you Brett!

Alexis is better than every other employee or manager I've spoken to in my 2 years dealing with this company. The only reason I'm giving the company an overall 4 out of 5 is for intentional data leaks and awful customer service overall. Alexis was awesome though

Only one person was working when I went there, so I had to wait, and they couldn't even help me with an issue that I've had no problems getting resolved at other locations.

Tal was awesome. He kindly explained different options for phone upgrades, our plan and set up our new phone. He even put the new screen protector on for us. I loved that he was informative but didn’t try to strong arm us and pressure us into anything we weren’t comfortable with

Let’s just say had an amazing experience! The moment you walk in those door’s the workers are there to welcome you with smiles.They try their best to get you the help you need so you can leave happy. I highly recommend if you need help with your phone or looking to buy a phone stop by this location.

It's not stor management, but backup team management is so BAD as my within Costco experience (overall) is horrible. I recommend to all future visitors, please do not trust...that's all.

Wasted time driving here for bringing in my phone for a trade in. Their employees were giving me incorrect information about trade-ins too.
