Dear AT&T Customer Support,
I am writing to formally file a complaint about a recent interaction with one of your customer service representatives, named Kyle. During a visit, Kyle exhibited unprofessional behavior, including using profanity when speaking to my wife. This kind of conduct is completely unacceptable and does not align with the level of customer service AT&T is known for.
We were both taken aback by the inappropriate language used and felt disrespected during the visit. I believe this situation warrants further investigation, and I request that appropriate action be taken to ensure this behavior is addressed.
Please let me know how you plan to handle this issue, as I expect a resolution. If you need any further details or information regarding the incident, I would be happy to provide them.

Absolutely trash customer service. Manager, Shayna, refuses to help and won't return a phone call after leaving several messages. Really regret switching to ATT.

I paid so much money for my phone u refuse to give me an answer as to where it is want another 100 plata of my money fire it to be shippe you horrible people I need it now no help never you continue to take money but refuse to prep use me a working phone thank you for denying me a phone that I paid for amazing

I would HIGHLY suggest going to any other AT&T location, I used to come to this specific AT&T location with my father, who has since passed, remembering that the customer service has always been kind. Today when I came in to see if there was any options for me to trade in/replace my phone, the employee who spoke to me, I believe his name was dash I couldn’t fully read the name tag, Dash, was incredibly rude and unkind. He refused to even try to explain what deals were going on and was being incredibly rude about the damage on my phone. Later in our interaction he informed me that the phone that I looking for was out of stock, when I asked if there was any way to check any other stores had a stock he told me “No, you are going to have to go check yourself.” He was rude to other customers in the short time he was there as well, I would imagine he is probably an insufferable coworker as well. Please, find any other location or avoid Dash at all costs.

Came in to ask for help with accessing my account. The guy was a prick and just sat across from us in silence while I figured it out on my own. Then I kept asking about upgrades for a new iPhone and him and his manager kept trying to sell us WiFi, we didn’t want or need. Then when she realized we weren’t interest she walked away. Definitely going to a different AT&T to buy my new phone.

Horrible service from employees.3 hrs later we still didn’t get anything resolved. Not ever going back. Problem was solved the next day via online ATNT representative.

It's not the place It's AT&T. The stores can't do the stuff to fix the account and yet the customer service number sends you in an endless loop trying to get help. This is the biggest piece of garbage I've delt with. Now I know why I was with Metro for so long.

My husband and I went in to get 4 new lines. We walked in and we were not greeted by anyone. The store was dead. We sit there for over ten minutes at a high top table, still nothing said to us. Then we see the game is on and sit on the couch, time goes by and still nothing. Then a worker walks by, doesn’t acknowledge us so I ask “hi is there anyone that can help us?” And the guy was beyond rude and said “no we’re busy” again, it was dead. And I was walking away and he said something rude so I asked what his deal was and he went off. I do not recommend this store, please go to a different one!!!!

I came in with an ongoing phone issue. Not being able to call or text. The rep did a few things and said it's working fine. I assured him it is not. And I've spent all day trouble shooting it. He then recommended using Geek Squad and pointed me to one of their phones in store. He walked away and never helped me again. I did use that phone to file a claim. Don't go to this store.

SANDRA WAS WONDERFUL AND MANAGED MIRACLES NOBODY ELSE COULD! REALLY!! After multiple
Calls to customer service and very strategic thinking and execution we resolved the problem (our prepaid is separate from in store plan) We are very grateful. She was Very patient and helpful.
