Beware of those folks!!! Please be advised that my review reflects a cautionary tale regarding my purchase experience at Autonation Chevrolet Gilbert, specifically with a used Ford F450. I reluctantly offer a one-star rating solely due to the absence of a zero-star option.In summary, upon locating the desired vehicle at Autonation Chevrolet Gilbert, I dispatched an assistant to evaluate the truck. He reported several evident issues, which the sales representative assured would be resolved pre-sale. After a week or so, we were informed that the truck was prepared and "ready." Nevertheless, we discovered a persisting oil leak from the turbo booth, for which they promised a replacement part— a promise unfulfilled to date. The dealer provided a checklist that came with vehicle, implying a comprehensive mechanical inspection, which seemed reassuring.During the purchase, I was persuaded by the finance manager to add an expensive million-mile warranty, portrayed as beneficial due to high repair costs for such trucks. I went ahead and purchased the warranty based on his recommendation. Unfortunately, merely a week later, noticeable steering and suspension problems arose. When I took the truck to AutoNation Ford in Scottsdale, it was evident that it required repairs for pre-existing conditions, which were not covered by the warranty.After a formal request to Autonation Chevrolet Gilbert to cover the repair costs, due to the impossibility of detecting these faults at the time of purchase, I received no response. The same disregard was shown to inquiries from AutoNation Ford Scottsdale, who provided exemplary service, amazing people working there!!!The out-of-pocket expense for repairs amounted to approximately $3,000. I am currently assessing ways to recoup these costs from Autonation Chevrolet Gilbert. This experience has left me feeling deceived. I am resolute in not patronizing Autonation Chevrolet Gilbert for future purchases and am committed to sharing this experience with potential customers. It is a regrettable situation that warrants attention.

From my positive experience with my agent Caleb, I highly recommend him. I bought my dream car after the dealership gave me a good price on the 2024 suburban, with their professional way of answering all my questions honestly, I really trust them to buy another car from them in the near future. Caleb was beyond excellence on helping me so i wish him all the best in his career.

Beware! Get Inspection! Bought a used Silverado that was supposedly through their rigorous inspection process. Thank goodness for the 5 day money back guarantee. Took it to my mechanic and it needed, not recommended, over 3k worth of work. Broken motor mount, leaking transmission, leaks in front and rear axles, trim missing. Unbelievable. Gave them options to cut a check to us and the mechanic to do the repairs, they could do the work and warranty it all, or undo the deal and give me the money back. They opted for the return. Next day saw the truck back up for sale and now it’s gone. I feel sorry for the person they stuck with this 2018 white v8 4wd, 1500 with about 76k miles on it. Then it took over two weeks to get the money back. Went to Canelback Toyota and bought a Ford F150. Got it inspected by the same mechanic and passed with flying colors. No work required. Don’t do business here or 100% make sure you get an inspection no matter what it looks like. It’s the hidden things that will get you.Response to Autonation response: There is nothing you can do to make this right for me. But you should call the person you sold the truck to and take care of them. Then, improve your inspection process and don’t put vehicles in your lot that are not safe.

They were great! Didn't pester right when I pulled up like a lot of other dealerships and I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Clint was amazing! He worked with me on pricing, answered all of my questions, got me set up in my new car, and made sure I knew how to work all of its features before I left. Very friendly group, wasn’t necessarily planning on buying a car that day but glad I bought a car here. I was pretty intimidated about the car buying process but it was very smooth with these guys!

I made a service appointment at this location about three weeks ago when dropping off my vehicle, they told me it would take two weeks before they would look at it. I would not recommend this place for any type of service.
