My car, an Equinox, recently had its 60,000mile check-up. My service agent, Ivan, was on top of my appointment from beginning to end. The entire visit took just under three hours (there were two additional tasks added with my approval). This Dealership is authentic, transparent, and proficient. As an GMC owner and customer, you can't ask for anything more.

Dropped truck off for an oil change and tire rotation. I got side tracked at home and received a text message letting my know my service was completed. Very satisfied customer.

They were able to get us in for a scheduled maintenance oil change fast. Unfortunately they are low staffed so you can’t get your car fixed for motor problems but they let us know that right when we got there.

At this point I question if they even did the oil change. Prior to leaving I went through to make sure they reset the oil and air filter settings. The air filter showed 0% and said “change at next service”. I went back in and the advisor spoke with the mechanic who said that he did check it and it was still “good”. I decided to check for myself and it was beyond dirty. Dust falling right out of it. I checked and found the same for the engine air filter. Ended up changing them myself but am disappointed in the lack of service and attention. I reached out to the advisor and service manager but neither responded. Pictures are old vs new.

I took my Tahoe in for a routine oil change and tire rotation before leaving on a road trip. There was a problem with getting the tires rotated... . . The wheel lock tool could not be located. Nick (Soulliere) told me he would get it taken care of, and he did! He got the necessary tool that was needed and was able to get me scheduled again to get the job done. I appreciate Nick's professionalism and kindness in answering my inquiries, and getting my car ready for me to get on the road.

I would have gave 5 stars but I need Auto nation to honor there last 2 agreements. Detailing my vehicle on Friday May 10th, and giving me a second key fob. If Auto nation stay true to their word, they definitely get 5 stars. Let’s hope I don’t get disappointed. Update 7/30/24: Auto Nation fulfilled everything they promised me. Definitely 5 stars and Shout out to my Salesman Christian.
