Purchasing my 2021 Ram 1500 Classic at AutoSavvy Gilbert was a seamless experience. Everyone at the dealership, especially Isaiah, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. End up referring someone due to find a car that they liked on their site , the told us about it having a branded title and wasn’t really worried into 1 day after the purchase I got pulled over for the tail lights not work ( brake lights weren’t lighting up at all ) then when I contacted the dealership about the issues they send me to a customer service and they number doesn’t even work , I’ve called and tried to reach out multiple times and it’s just annoying not be able to get thru or to get it fixed , ended up replacing a fuse and now it has 2 lights on the dash , so all I gotta say is they are really good at making sell, but not keeping the customer satisfied after the purchase , even Claiming that there is a warranty and not even wanting to honor it , just very displeased with this company .. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing a car from here aging ..

They were very nice and super friendly non aggressive at all like we know other car dealerships can be!!! They made my family comfortable especially my 5 year old son!! This is by far the best auto dealerships out there. Very nice and overall great experience with the purchasing of my first car!! Highly recommend

Purchased a beautiful, handsome, camaro 2ss here, thank you for ANDREW for attending to us for several hours im talking about 3-4 hours he was patient and answered all of our questions, informative, kind, attentive, and tried to give us the best deal on our monthly payment, the car did have a few problems but honestly the customer service from andrew was the best out of any dealer ive been to and store and really seemed like he tried to give us the best deal and time like no other, would recommend 100%, best dealer ive been to

I didn’t end up purchasing the car I was looking at, but the whole process was worth dropping a review. None of that high pressure environment that is normally associated with car buying. Shout out to little cutie Isaiah who was so helpful. Will def be back at this location.

Was in discussions about a vehicle. At no point did the salesman advise me that the vehicle had a branded title. After pointing that out and the fact it was around $3k more than similar types with clean titles, he messages "we understand some folks aren't in the market to save money. Let us know if you have a change of heart". The absolute most tone deaf response. I'm glad they showed their true colors before I made a huge mistake.
