Excellent customer service! My engine light came on and I stopped at AutoZone on Warner and Cooper. David was courteous and came outside to check my car. He quickly troubleshooted the issue with the computer and helped me with the options to address it. Five star service! Highly recommended !

Awesome staff. Very helpful and friendly. Shout out to Young Gabe that was working and old guy Roger for making swapping out a battery with a warranty fun and easy.
They even said hello to the dogs waiting in the car.

I am not what you would call a car expert, so having AutoZone close to my home helps a ton. Especially with this team at this particular location. Figuring things out, getting the right part, troubleshooting warranty issues and what not, etc. They also have a reward program that saves you a few bucks here and there. I would recommend this place for your car needs, quick and friendly service.

I went in to get my battery changed and replaced and Jacob was so helpful! - he immediately helped me and was very straight the point and I was in and out in less than an hour (granted it was 9am) thanks Jacob and Autozone staff!

Maybe if i was white i would have got better service but matthew was attitude filled like i had pissed him off by asking a simple question. i asked if they had a product at another location and he tells me if its not in isle 3 then no with the most rude tone and face.

Went in to test a battery. They tested it and got us a new battery and changed it as well. Plus they were super friendly.

I like products and service, but they often tell me that the alternator is bad when it is the battery. For me it has never needed an alternator/generator. Always a battery. I have always gotten the correct part, which is not true with the other major brand parts stores. Warranty is good. Remember batteries only last about 2 years in this heat, so purchase the battery with the 3 year warranty. Update: replaced blower resister about once every 2 years, lifetime warranty in effect!
