Angelo was very helpful with my battery. My negative terminal was in a tight spot and he went out of his way to help me. I was getting ready to give up and tow my car back but Angelo saved the day. He had great customer service and went above and beyond. I’ll go back to this location for all my auto needs.

Had a great experience here. I just stopped by to pick up a headlight bulb. It was fast and easy using self checkout. What made it the best experience ever was Marcus. He was really nice to my kid and let him pick out a toy and said he would pay the cost and said early Merry Christmas. He didn’t even ask me to leave a review or do anything. Just made my kids day, and for that I say thank you and 5 stars Marcus!

These guys are awesome. Had to swap my battery. They were quick and efficient. Had my info from the last battery purchase. Offered assistance in changing it out if I needed it and got out of there in about 10 minutes. Marcos helped me out and he was phenomenal. Employees like him keep me coming back.

Store manager Tony J took it so personal that I returned 2 items I bought a couple days prior. He was visibly irritated and unfriendly. The two blonde lady’s there are so awesome and helpful. Tony needs to be more like them. (This is an update - the official autozone commented on this post saying to email them so they can “follow up with me to provide better experience next time” I emailed them on 9/20 and they never emailed me back so looks like their corporate customer service is on par with this stores location, 1 star review)
