We toured Avana Gilbert yesterday, and it was actually our second time touring with Jonathan, the first time being two years ago. It genuinely made us feel good to see that he was still there, and both experiences were just as positive. He was extremely friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the community. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained the floor plans clearly, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. The community is beautiful and well maintained, and because of how great our experiences have been, we plan on moving here when our current lease is up. We truly appreciated how welcoming and helpful he was and would definitely recommend touring Avana Gilbert.

The apartment itself looks okay I would’ve considered moving here if the person giving the tour wasn’t so dry and nonchalant it’s like he didn’t want to be there. Very low energy, it made me feel like I’d struggle to get anything taken care of when need be if I stayed here. He asked if I wanted to just see the apartment or the amenities as well…To which I said “could you just tell me about the amenities you offer here” and he said “so we’ll just look at the apartment here” and we proceeded to walk in silence and he told me nothing about the amenities. Definitely gonna keep looking.

Bad complex to live in , management not best neither are the employees, they poor customer service if you want issues sthisnis the place to live. Please understand the tour is pretty but after you sign its down hill I been here and everytime my lease comes up for renewal they want to fix everything and i trust them and than after I sign am back to same problems and then they change management and repeats , I even had a drunk person sleeping in my parking spot the management told me nothing they can do except give a warning , I guess I was Lucy the person was to drunk to hurt me thank goodness, unsafe and poor quality and over price for something that’s not fixing

Jonathan is amazing very genuine.... Actually the whole staff is these apartments are so safe and easy going I love the neighborhood surrounding the apartments too nothing is to far and they have great schools , if something is wrong with apartment I rest easy knowing they will fix and soon they communicate and I do highly recommend it , I'm not a Google review kind of person but I honestly love avanna gilbert

Unprofessional and they lack communication skills. Was going to move in and 10 minutes before the leasing office opens they called me to force me to push back my move in date claiming construction while also having 6 of the same units available. they claimed i would receive a new lease and I have yet to receive it. it has been over a week now. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL
