They held my dog for 10 hours for a dental cleaning. Then tried to tell me she had a broken tooth. They lie to get your money.
Please go anywhere else!! I reported their practice to the Arizona State of Veterinary Medicine for review.

Adding to this post - Zoey, my girl, was on Banfields plan for almost her entire life, which was a huge reason to her long life of 16 years. The plans do have fine print that is important to read however it gave constant discounted access to the vet. I would have one off experiences and sometimes would get a second opinion throughout her life span but for the most part, 95% of my experience's were positive. The Highly location in particular was her go to location and was always amazing to work with. I always called it her ‘spa’ session cause she knew she’d always come out feeling better when we left. Until her last day, they immediately took her in and took care of us like they also were part of her family. I am so thankful for them and also having access to Banfield to give her all the care and love she needed to stay as healthy as possible. Everytime I pass this location, I will know her spirit is home.

I loved this location. Just moved to the east valley & needed to find a banfield for my cat. For sure making this location our new spot. My cat has mega colon. We’ve seen countless vets over the years. Not one of them have ever suggested half of what the vet here mentioned. We have my boy on the proper combination of medicine now. The vet was very kind and communicated throughly with me. Felt like she was really in the little guys corner. When I expressed concern about something I was told by one other vet, she dug through records and gave me an answer. To me that spoke volumes and really made me feel like my cat was in good hands. We’ve only visited one time but the staff left a very positive impression on me for providing above and beyond care for my cat. Thank you !!! Providing a picture of the healthy and happy little guy.

Initially we thought this was a decent clinic and perfect location to take our new puppy for vaccines and check-ups, and the plan seemed fairly reasonable. Unfortunately our puppy became very sick and the service we received was not always helpful. During a very serious emergency, we were sent to another hospital and lost critical time to improve his health. Over the course of the next month on follow up visits, it was clear our poor puppy was suffering greatly and the only service they provided was to further traumatize and increase his suffering with unnecessary parvo and parasite tests. Our puppy eventually passed away and we felt significant signs went unnoticed and could have been prevented. To add insult to injury we were forced to continue to pay our new pet plan for the next 10 months until the year was up. We had to pay every month for a dead puppy we were heavily grieving. When speaking to billing it was pretty much “too bad, that’s our policy,” Seems there should be some kind of leniency when it comes to dead pets. I don’t enjoy writing bad reviews, but this had to be addressed.

Banfield is my go to place for any vet care for my two frenchies. This particular location as insight knowledge on my French bulldogs, and that brings me comfort when their not feeling well. Vet and crew are compassionate, understanding and empathetic. They are the best. 🩷

Great vets who are attentive and individualize treatment plans. We've been with Banfield for years in multiple cities. Can't imagine going anywhere else.

Great doctors my dogs loved going here and they get the best care out their clean place even though it's an animal hospital, great staff as well they make sure you feel welcome as much as your pet as well.

Left this place deeply disappointed. The veterinarian seemed rushed and disinterested. Unwelcoming front desk staff. Lack of clear communication and professionalism, poorly maintained facility.

This location has the worst staff. Took my Australian Shepard here because he was not eating. The doctors don't seem like they care and are just trying to get you to spend money. My dog has now passed away due to late stage cancer (diagnosed with a different vet) the staff here are also incredibly rude. They constantly change appointments and don't communicate well. One of their staff members (lady with glasses) seems like she hates her job and does not want to interact with customers at all. I have a current banfield plan but will not be renewing.

Wellness plans keep going up in price and no longer cover most of anything. Cost 4 times more to do their wellness plan than to just pay the individual services at another vet. What a joke. They lost a LONG time (12 years) customer in me!!
