Updated: Response to the owner: I don't have a Twitter or Facebook account. Look up my name in your systems and you'll find the best ways to reach me. You would have already done that if you actually wanted to help.Super disappointed with the poor customer service that I received at this location. I went to exchange foreign currency, which their website says I could do, just to be told their website was wrong. I wasn't even talking to the woman that butted in. They didn't try to find a resolution, just said, "no."Where I'm from you tell the customer, "yes" and find a way. Very sad considering how many banking options are out there. I guess they don't need my money and that's fine by me.

Why is it that Bank of America can take your last dollar without a thought of how it impacts yours life. Yet when Bank of America causes penalties in their customers lives, they immediately assume no responsibility. When all the responsibility falls on them, they only make policies so they have an excuse to not be human and take more then anything they provide. BIGGEST THIEVES, WORST PEOPLE, SHADIESS BUSINESS PRATICES, HORRIBLE RAPER OF AMERICAN FINANCES.

I contacted a number of times & no one answered, bad service. I just want to look up my c/c activities to see what is going on with my card & have been calling zillion of times (very frustrating)

Worst branch customer service, Michele, the manager, turned me away because they were “busy”, but then made a comment while I was leaving that she wasn’t going to help me anyway. I was trying to remove someone from my account for weeks, they are no help here. Going to try a different branch or bank altogether if they won’t provide service.

I had close my account (something no bank ever wants to hear) but thanks to Mechelle and Julia it was truly a leisurely experience. Mechelle greeted me with a smile that you could tell was genuine and caring. I had to wait about 20 minutes for my appointment since I was early and was offered a cold water. Julia guided me through the process of closing my account in a very professional way. Mechelle checked in later to make sure all was going smoothly. Julia walked me out the door. Truly thoughtful and great ladies !

Absolutely absurd how long it takes them to do ANYTHING. I stood in line and watched a senior citizen in front of me start to get faint from standing and waiting for so long. I went and got her a chair because the staff at the bank could care less. The manager Michelle is unprofessional, clueless and even got salty with me for speaking up. I regret opening a bank of America account

Slowest service I have ever had at any bank before, took 20 minutes to cash a check there were 3 people ahead of me in line when I walked up, please stop talking and do your jobs. Also there was 2 or 3 ladies just standing in the back on eating and talking while there was a massive line of customers waiting to be helped

Is terrible for putting money in. My check still hasn't cleared in days and banks have the worst hours of business. Awful join a credit union (the owner is also ingenuine)

Long long wait times. Honestly the worst in town. 1 teller on the desk. 10 customers in line. Teller too busy socializing with the customers to get any work done. Soooo glad that I closed my account and went to Desert Financial

Needed to have a form filled out, manager said 2 hour wait, then had a meeting to attend then a young lady took my phone number to make an appointment 28 hours later NO phone call. All she had to do was verify deposit 5 min of her time.

One of the slowest banks I have dealt with. If there is 3-4 people ahead of you plan on waiting about 40 minutes they are so slow in comparison to the 2 other banks I bank at. Closing my accounts here as it’s not worth my time to lose money working while I wait forever at all Bank Of America banks. They have been great besides their extremely slow tellers. Get more tellers or move people faster. I am going back to Wells Fargo they are quick

Unhelpful and unfriendly. My dog chewed up a $20 bill and I stopped on to exchange it. They said I had to have an account. I don't have a physical bank so I asked the guy what I should do and he just said "I don't know". So I drove up to the Chase Bank (also don't have an account with them) and they just exchanged it for me. Won't be using BOA ATM any more and I used to do that all the time.

Michelle was very rude. I had an appointment set, when I got there they couldn’t help me because the person that could help me left for the day. What’s the point of making an appointment. Michelle didn’t even come back to help me like she said she sent two other people, so unprofessional.
