The NP was very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and communicated nicely throughout the appt. Wait time was as expected after work hours - about 1 hour. Overall great experience. Check in was easy and paperless. Front desk staff was kind.

I got bill $271 just to look at my toe in 5 minutes. They never even took an xray. Ridiculous ! Also waited 2 hours to get seen! The receptionist never told me my insurance is out of network. She told me they accept my insurance, that why I went there. She also took my $35 copay.. Don't come here! This place needs to shut... read full comment

I had a pleasant visit to Banner Urgent Care.I had reserved an appointment earlier in the day so when I got there the wait was minimal. From the lady that checked me in, the two healthcare professionals that asked questions and took my vitals to the nurse practitioner that examined me, I was very satisfied with the experience!... read full comment
