I walked into the office this morning and was greeted with a Hello! How is your day going today and would you like some refreshing cold water out of the machine or a bottle? I said I would love one, and we chatted for about 2 or 3 minutes and I can honestly say he was probably the nicest employee I have talked to at public storage and I have been a member for almost 2 years.
