The manager Cesar is very unprofessional and so rude don't come to this branch there is a branch on Stapely and Baseline much better professional services.

Wonderful service at this branch! A huge thank you to Ruben, James, and Christian. My husband and I were previously Simple bank customers, which was then bought out by BBVA, and then bought out by PNC. We unfortunately didn't like either BBVA or PNC as much due to extra fees and slower transfer times, so we decided to close our account. Unfortunately we ran into some trouble with PNC's mobile support in the process, so we finally visited the branch for help. We were super thankful that the branch was able to get everything smoothed out. I initially worked with Ruben who was fantastic! He was very patient and did not give up until we found a solution for my problem. He was also very friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with. During our second visit, we additionally worked with James and Christian who were great as well. Everyone seemed to genuinely care about helping us. I would easily give 5 stars for the service at this branch. The only reason I am giving a 4 star review is because PNC as a company seems to have processes that slow things down and make things more difficult for both their employees and customers. Both visits took quite a bit of time, at no fault of the branch employees. PNC processes required them to make calls, wait on hold, and go through multiple hoops for support.

Called branch to cash check on business check drawn off PNC bank they said come on in I did and they wanted to charge me $20 check cashing fee no mention on phone, horrible branch etiquette

N o H e l p at all! Kept telling me to call customer service who told me I need account number of PNC that was BBVA and I repeatedly said WE NEVER RECEIVED NEW ACCOUNT NUMBERS!! Round and round - I said I am sure you went to college Cxxxxxr so why do I have to keep repeating the same problem as I need someone to help me!! He said I was threatening his education! That reply makes no sense, nor did he actually help me either.

I went to this location for an important transaction. They were closed for lunch, but Ruben opened up for me when he saw me pulling on the door. Service and friendliness to the next level!

Bbva worst bank ever. bank account has fraud commited a few months ago. They closed my account did not call me. My stimulus went in today and they took the whole amount of 1200$ did not ask me if I wanted to file a dispute. I thought the account was closed because of the fraud. Well it reopened and they decided just to help themselves with the whole amount of stimulus money.

Came To Cash Their Check, Fees Fees Fees I got a refund from auto glass replacement and I do t bank locally so I went into BBVA to cash it in person since it came from their bank. They charge $10 to cash a check from their bank... No thanks! They tried to get me to open an account to be able to not pay $10.... No thanks....

I suffer from PTSD and social anxiety I opened a account today with Christine He was very patient with me and actually really listen to me he actually help me find the best account that would suit me and didn't try to be like most bankers trying to benefit themselves he actually wanted me to have an account that I would be comfortable with and that I would be able to understand things that I didn't need and I should wait for BBVA bank good-hearted employees best place to find honesty and people you can trust

Want to give this branch a shout out after a terrible experience once again at higley and baseline location. At Higley branch I waited 10 minutes before even being acknowledged in the drive-through to do a deposit. By that time a line accumulated inside and once I was finally spoken to I was told I would have to wait for priority clients in line. I've been banking with BBVA for 15 years...are you telling me I'm not a priority client!? Both ladies working had sour faces, and were extremely rude, unattentive, and offensive! This never happens to me at the main location I go to on Gilbert and Warner. I am always greeted right away and taken care of with upmost priority. I will go out of my way to go to my regular branch from here on!

I should have listened to the reviews! When I read negative reviews about a bank, I tend to remember all the problems I had when I was living paycheck to paycheck, always struggling and blaming the bank. However, this bank is just plain bad. Everything about them is second rate at best. Avoid yourself the pain of dealing with a bank that has low-grade technology and lower-grade customer service. Imagine buying a car that looks good, and finding you have to stick your arm out the window to signal a turn, the windows don't roll down, the top speed is 38mph, and there's no brakes. That's the BBVA experience.

Do not use this Bank. Worst banking experience ever. This Bank and it's employees will say anything to get you to open an account but then have no idea how their products and services work, or simply don't care. I was very specific about my needs when I opened the account and none of the services I needed turned out to be available when I tried to transact. Their standard response was "you have to return to the branch where you opened the account." Incompetent employees, substandard products and services and big fees aptly describes this Bank. Complete fraud
