I’ve had some bad customer service experiences in my lifetime, PNC probably tops them all. The manager, Bridget Cooper, is who they have chosen to represent their branch, and she was incredibly condescending and rude when I came to her in order to get a basic problem solved. This problem involved thousands of dollars they were holding and had taken over three weeks thus far to get any kind of solution or clear answer that wasn’t immediately conflicted by another employee. My account is already closed by this point, but if you’re reading this and debating whether you should do business with this bank, I cannot state more emphatically that it is a mistake you will regret. They cost me thousands in lost revenue due to being unable to get money for my business from them in time, and this branch has awful staffing almost across the board. Run away screaming.

The worse back I have every had in 60 years! Online messes up then you end up making two payments??? Call for help people to young and seem like they dont like their job??? Time to changed banks after being with BBVA for 20 years!

Lady at the window was so disrespectful. If I didn’t have to come here for work I would definitely go elsewhere. Not very happy with her service. There is no need to be disrespectful when all I need is change and my deposits done.

Higley and Baseline location in Gilbert, AZ has horrible customer service!! Bridgett the Manager will tell people giving the loans (Ledi) to up the interest rate that you qualify for. I also gave them the ORIGINAL title of my car, loan is way paid off and they will not return my ORIGINAL title back to me that they took. They close earlier than what the door says also, and it's not even a holiday...just a regular day.

They never follow the lobby hours on the door. Even the ones they have taped to the door. The have a car line now at 34pm when there lobby should be open till 500pm. When I asked I was yelled at and told I can go elsewhere if I have a problem. She then said to I want my money or not. Horrible customer service. I want to close the account but I have to go inside to do it. Who the hell knows when they'll let people in.And second time going. I went to the drive thru this time. I was told to go back inside. And now I went inside and waited 13 minutes before she came to the window to help me. And surprise surprise a visit that would 15 minutes at Wells Fargo is not waking over 25 minutes. Closing this account asap

Very nice and cordial. I was able to get two rolls of quarters without being a member, unlike the bank across the street.

OVERALL- BBVA is the worse bank on the planet. All the staff will take you around a full circle of departments just to get you to the right one and provide you with the assistance you need. I'm glad to be ending my services with them and I don't plan to use them ever in the near future again. Neither will I be referring my loved ones or friends to this circus of ridiculousness If I could rate ZERO stars on here. That's the rating!

So i have been going to this bank for near my entire life, used to have the best employees ever. Looked forward to going to the bank. Slowly over time, all the good employees must of left because now all i get are rude, couldn't care less employees who take forever even for a simple deposit. Now don't get me wrong i used to use the ATM however one of the times i used it,it CRASHES in the middle of a 600 dollar deposit and i had to make a dispute ! Now every time i have to make a deposit it's a 30 minute ordeal. I recommend going to a different location.

So I got a personal loan and I said multiple times that I didn't want the loan deposited in my account and when I got there they were all ready with the forms for the loan to be deposited in my account and then was surprised that I wanted as a check.

Poor customer service. A few years ago the teller told me about a promotion where I would get a free safety deposit box if I opened up a personal checking account. I agreed and they set it up. I was then told that there were no safety deposit boxes available and that they would let me know when one became available.
