My husband ordered me flowers for our anniversary. He specifically told them that they needed to be delivered before 4:30pm. I never received them. The next day around 4pm, an employee from the next door hardware store delivered them stating the delivery driver left the flowers with them because they didn't follow directions and I was gone for the day. I believe the hardware store should of received the 24.00 delivery fee. And I honestly could have made a better bouquet then what I received. Live and learn I guess.

I live out of town and I’m so disappointed. I’m big on reviews . That’s how we try new businesses and we trust that they will give us a good experience. I purchased a premium bouquet ( cost over 100) and my friend sent me a picture. My mouth dropped. The picture that was on there website was a standard arrangement that cost 65 dollars but I wanted something even more special . More roses. More filler more fuller than standard . So disappointed. I’m curious what the standard would of looked like? You guys need to change your pictures on your website or do better . No communication with the florist either . Tried multiple of times .

I attached two pictures. One picture is from their website the cost is 65.00 ( their standard bouquet) beautiful and full ! The second picture is what was delivered to my friend . I paid for premium which is supposed to be the best of the best . I spent over 100 for the banquet that was delivered. Very disappointed. Where are the roses ? The filler? The mums? I'm curious if I purchased the standard bouquet what would that of looked like?? I'm also disappointed in the lack of communication. I called three times and also left a message to go over what I wanted a little more because I do live out of town and no call back . I would not recommend this florist .

I ordered flowers to be delivered \"same day\" on the 11th. Today I saw an email that said the flowers were not able to be delivered until the 14th. It's a little past the point of the reason I sent the flowers. My phone number is on my order. They should have called me and told me this on the 11th so I could order from somewhere else that could deliver on this day. I was sad the recipient didn't receive these when it would mean the most. I couldn't even talk to anyone at the flower shop. I only talked to someone at corporate.

Terrible service! I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday to be delivered on Friday, Dec. 4th. I talked to my daughter on her birthday, Dec. 6, and asked if she got the flowers. She said, no, nothing was delivered and nothing was on the front porch. I called them four times on Dec. 7th and sent an email asking for a response. Called twice again on Dec. 8th. Each time I have to leave a message because no one answers the phone, even though the website says they are open. I have not received a call back or a response to my email. Very disappointing. My daughter has purchased from Beloved Lily many times and has recommended them to her friends. I would not recommend them to anyone, based on my experience.

Delivery did not happen until 6:30pm and the flowers were wilted or crushed. Very dissatisfied with the quality.

You delivered my flowers to the wrong house and left them outside to die! at a neighbors who was not home. My house number 504. You delivered to 524. Your phone number is disconnected. Plant is completely DEAD!
