I keep forgetting to write a review! I purchased a used Subaru Forester back in November of 2022. If it wouldn't have been for the urgent need for me to get a car asap, I would have walked away! After my stepdad talked with them about the car I was interested in, having an oil leak, they denied it and cleaned it up and I went through with buying this vehicle. Well fast forward 2 months and the vehicle starts flashing lights and acting weird, so I call Chandler Subaru and scheduled service! I take the vehicle in and after several hours of trying to figure out what's going on, I'm told I possibly need a new engine (and there is an oil leak, but rebuilding the engine will take care of that)! Thankfully, I bought a warranty through Endurance...I did end up needing my engine rebuilt and was without my car for a month! I obviously was flat out lied to about the car having an oil leak, which is not acceptable! I will never purchase a vehicle from Bill Luke San Tan again....I was also lied to by my salesman about issues with my financing, and I flat out told him that's not true! Should have known then, but like I said it was an urgent need!

When I pulled in the parking lot at Bill Luke, I was greeted by a sales associate MANUEL right away. He listened to what I needed understood my price point I made sure that all my needs were met throughout the transaction the rest of the bill Luke team did a phenomenal job And MANUEL is a top notch sales associate

Recently purchased my car & was satisfied. Both Hayden our sales rep & Tanner our agent, are very nice & respectful. Just the only thing I can say is that Bill Luke should give their buyers those small incentive goodies like other dealerships coz even though they are inexpensive gifts, it will still make your clients smile when they go home.

This was our 2nd time coming here to buy a vehicle and we are always happy leaving. I absolutely love how non pressure everyone is. Brian was absolutely awesome! He answered every question I had and understood what I was looking for. We will be bringing our oldest here soon to get a vehicle and will definitely have Brian take care of us. And of course we can't for about the financial guy Craig I believe was his name. He worked with us and kept our payments low as possible. Thank you guys so much!

OUT OF STATE BUYERS BEWARE. Y’all what a SCAM this place is. My husband and I live in Tennessee and we’re looking for a new Durango. I didn’t find one I loved locally so I started looking nationwide. I found one at this place for a good price. They sent me two walk around videos both saying “they couldn’t see anything wrong with the car”. Peter who was our sales representative ASSURED me it was in good condition. He said the only thing wrong with it was that it was missing floor mats. A bold face lie. Jojo, one of the videographers said there’s nothing wrong with it. A bold face lie. Jenny, the internet sales rep said there was nothing wrong with the car. A bold face lie. So I put a deposit down and booked a flight for my husband to go see it in person and test drive it before purchasing. When my husband got there the back bumper had a huge scratch the size of a dollar bill that they tried to hide with touch up paint, the car was absolutely FILTHY, there was no absolutely oil in it, the engine was ticking, and the gas was so low that the gas light was on. Peter, who was supposed to be there to meet my husband in person was nowhere to be found. Everyone knew he was flying in that day and didn’t even bother to give the vehicle a quick wash at minimum. They completely lied about the condition of the vehicle and when I confronted peter, he said “it’s not that big of a deal”. It’s a huge scratch, you can’t miss it. They also tried to say the engine tick was normal. I had a 2019 Durango, it NEVER ticked. The oil was bone dry and the gas was so low that it wasn’t able to be test driven. The shop was “closed” so they couldn’t put oil or gas in it. Dustin, the assistant sales manager apologized for “dropping the ball on this one” and “they’ll use this as a learning opportunity to train their staff better”. Needless to say, we wasted $1,000 in travel to get scammed, lied to, treated poorly and walk away empty handed. If they put the Durango back on their site the VIN# is 1C4RDJDG9NC218565. The car is trash, the customer service is even worse.

Caution when buying from them!There were some pros so I’ll start with those.1- initially they were quick to respond to inquiries.2- video of car was sent so I could see the car visually inside and out.3- sent over initial paperwork quickly.Cons-1- once they got my down payment it was like pulling teeth to get a response. From purchasing to financing. Even though I financed through a credit union they worked with. I was told several times someone would call me back that day and no one did. I ended up calling and leaving messages several times to get updates.2- they tried to get me to use their in house financing, luckily I had done my research cause they were trying to tack on an additional 1% interest rate in addition to the already high rates currently.3- they did not list the issues with the vehicle. The car has additional features which I assumed were working since they didn’t state otherwise.4- I don’t believe an inspection was ever completed on this vehicle as they stated they did. There were issues seen right away that they should have listed.5 - two weeks after getting the vehicle a check engine light came on. I am now currently over $12,000 into a vehicle that they said was in “good” condition.So if you want to feel scammed out of money, time, and effort please buy from them. As for me I’ll never buy from them again. And I’ll caution everyone I know to stay far away!

Edit:* Well recently went to get some tint work done on the vehicle and guess what the *$399 tint is a scam. Had windows tested and they are infact factory dyed. You have zero protection from the Sun or UV they lied straight to my face when I asked when It was tinted. Said "oh ya, now if you bring it in we can tint it" you broke my trust, why would I let you do it? They will not refund of course, So just be prepared to pay for a service they will not likely do and when you catch them, you can see they don't care just your average big box environment with lack of honor and integrity. *UpdatedI've been shopping for a truck in the Phoenix area for about 6mo now, Wasn't in a rush. From the moment I showed up at Bill Luke, Hayden was my guy. He asked what I was looking for, I told him what the stock number was. He grabbed keys and we were off on the test drive in under 10 minutes. Sat down, got me the out the door price printed up super quick. Told him I was going to look at another down the road, Didn't pressure me to stay. But I will tell you out of the 8 dealerships I've been to in the area Bill Luke and better yet Hayden will get my business first. Called him up took care of the application and secured the vehicle. scheduled my time to swing by and pick it up. Showed up and in under 2hrs I was out the door. Hayden's customer service was top notch, he knows his stuff and better yet he listens to what you say.
