I had an appointment and Patricia did my tax return. I was expecting to pay but she worked magic to get me not only a refund for this year but amended my tax for 2020 to get me more of a return. She is wonderful and types a 100 words per minute.

I am very upset with the unprofessional way i was spoken to on my so called " virtual appt". The man did not give any information or help towards my issue. Instead i received a sarcastic reply which was " what do you want me to do ? Its not like i have a back door to the irs..." when i called block advisors to begin with they said they could help me with my issue and set up the appointment. I then got a phone call rescheduling it because they were closed on monday. Then i was called again and told that location doesnt do virtual calls. So i was refered to yet another location and waited another week and did not receive a virtual appt. Only received a man with an attitude from the start on a regular call. Then he told me when i asked why block advisors said they could help me and they cant ...did they even bother to set the appt..? He replied they dont know nothing about taxes..! Wth are they for then and why are they employed with hnr block if they dont know anything about taxes??? Very disappointed!!!

Tucked in between stores, this location was somewhat difficult to see the first time. Over all staff are friendly and pleasant, I had to call the office to have them let me in. Now a days with the pandemic in our rear view mirror, I can't really blame them. But that's probably not the reason they had the door locked at it Marty have been an isolated incident. As they get closer to April 15th the harder it is to get appointments. But they did have many options, and I've never had an issue getting my taxes done in time.

I have been coming to this location for years now. I visited this location this month for my taxes and as always the experience was nothing short of amazing! Patricia D. was exceptional. We had ran into some issues with our taxes where there was a possibility that we may owe the IRS but she was able to help us with that and after a 2 visits the issue was resolved. We are so thankful for her because with the pandemic and business loss we were insure how this would pan out. She was patient and kind and determined to help us. So she put the "Patricia effect" on it and now we can breathe lol!
