Brought my car in for an allignment because they were having a special. 30 minutes after dropping it off they called and said it was going to be over twice the expected price. Ive never heard of charging more because the level of adjustment needed. Do they charge by each turn of the wrench? If its only a little out adjustment do you get a discount?

Took it in the get front brakes changed but when I got my car back the steering wheel when turning was stiff so idk what they did but my steering wheel hasn’t been the same since
Update : took it over to them to get it fixed since they contacted me but what they did was just check it and told me it wasn’t there fault (it was) and and gave me a 2000 quote what needs to be fixed . I took it to another mechanic that is trusted by my mom and all he had to do was connect a hose that was loose from the bottom and it was better(wow). Either these guys are really bad mechanics or they are most likely scamming people , which I am sure that’s what they are doing, DO NOT GO HERE

I receive pretty good service from this location. They're super fast, and efficient. Customer service is always friendly and respectful and I appreciate that.
The only reason I am not rating this as five stars is because they almost always forget to fill my windshield wiper fluid when I get an oil change. It's always checked off as a free service that's been completed on the receipt, but not always filled. I can do it myself but it's nice to have it included as part of the service so that I don't have to.
