yesterday we needed to come here and the receptionist was very nice. they also got in us in within 15 minutes and were able to get our issues addressed. the NP was very nice as well. we will come back to this location in the future.

This location was fantastic. The staff was friendly and caring. The X-ray tech was great and the PA was very thorough. I did not feel rushed at all. I was seen quickly and had my issue addressed.

HORRIBLE. I would rather die than come back to this place for any reason. Easily the least professional and worst ran urgent care I have ever been to. The only thing they've done well the last two years is consistently have terrible service and ignorant rude people working there. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON.

I WILL LITERALLY DIE BEFORE I GO TO THIS HOLE ONE MORE TIME. WORST EXPERIENCE TWICE!!!!! Both times I used them for urgent care were very similar in every way. My last visit - Had an appointment, waited in the waiting room an hour past that time. Finally went back to the room, waited for another 3.5 hours. Finally "Dr." Comes in, less than 2 minutes for sure, you'll be fine go home and wait it out. So the care was Garbage, but that's where it started.......... Banner didn't want to bill the Veterans Administration so they try to bill my Insurance, they said no, then tried to bill me, I said no go bill the VA like you are supposed to, they finally pulled their head out and did it, and OMG, they got paid...... Now the exact same stupidity is processing with the Dr Invoice. They also tried to bill my insurance, no, then tried to bill me, I said no, go bill the VA. They did but are too lazy to bill the correct coding so they'll NEVER get paid by the VA. Now because they are idiots and refuse to do their job properly and code the visit accordingly, they're attempting to bill me. I WILL NEVER PAY THIS BILL, DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY AND BILL THE VA WITH THE RIGHT CODE. I'll never return and you shouldn't either.

ABSOLUTELY Horrible. Hey banner, If you don't honor "appointment times" then don't offer them. Just simply allow walk-in only. My sick daughter was asleep in the car with her dad and I went in and checked in for our 10:30 appointment and she said we were the next pediatric patient to be seen. I asked if I should wake up my child like would it be soon? And she said I can't say how long but I can say you're next but if we call her and she's not in here, your place will be taken by someone else. So we wake up my daughter. ONE HOUR LATER they still have not taken us back. We were the next patient?!? What?? It was absolutely horrible. I got my copay back and we got the hell out of there. Never again. We try to do what's best for our kids but this time going to this ridiculous place was not the right choice. Please don't waste your time and find another urgent care.

Walked in today to get a sports physical done. When I walked in, nobody was in the lobby. After I finished paperwork and sat down for about 30 minutes still the only one in the lobby. As people start to trickle in, I recognize they have appointments. However, as patients start to walk in, within an hour and a half I saw one person walk out of the back from being evaluated. Now it's been an hour and 45 minutes that I've been waiting and the second person with an appointment is called back. I look back up at the waitlist board and my expected wait is now an additional 2.5 hrs! When I go and ask the front desk if the anticipated wait time was correct and she verified it, she also accompanied it with an explanation that the policy is to try to squeeze walk ins in the middle of appointments. My issue is if each person who walks in the office has to wait an hour and 45 minutes to be seen, even with appointments (seen from my experience watching people with appointments today and previous reviews), then how are walk ins accepted, not to mention being labeled "urgent" if nothing is taken care of in that manner. I understand emergencies occur and time is thrown off...but wow this doesn't seem to be rare at all at this location. Disappointing across the board.

My husband came in with kidney stones. Everyone has been wonderful! Fantastic ER care, moved him to observation, again Fantastic care. Had stones removed, and then Great after care. 5 star all the way! Even the food was good!

Waited two hours. DO NOT GO HERE FOR A WALK IN APPOINTMENT. After waiting two hours I found that they only called back people with appointments. As a walk-in, after waiting two hours, my wait time was still one hour and 30 minutes. They only took back patients who had appointments. Terrible place that is an Urgent Care when they ONLY ACCEPT APPOINTMENTS. This is no better than seeing your primary physician. What a JOKE!!!

My dad was there for four days. He had phenomena, a blood infection and a blood clot in his leg. He has stage 4 cancer on top of it all. On Friday at 5 they call me and tell me he is being released and sent to a therapy facility. This was after six requests to speak to a doctor, I was there 3 out of the four days and was not able to speak to anyone. No phone calls or anything. Well yesterday he was sent back to the hospital from the therapy facility with all the same issues, and not this place!!! I wrote a private message to the CEO after this happened and it's been a week with no response. I am seriously considering contacting my attorney. They should be embarrassed how they treated my dad.

My second visit was better than expected. My last review of the second visit was partially incorrect. It turned out that my Dermatologist was gave me the wrong antibiotic prescription. For foot infection the best antibiotics turned out to be Kelfex prescribed by Banner and not sulfa. Thank you Banner.

Banner as a whole is a money grab. They don't care about their employees or their patients. As a previous employee, I left vowing to never have any connection to them again. Never ti pay into a single cent because they didn't deserve my money or service. Unfortunately banner has such a monopoly over our state that I wound up being stuck with them for the birth of my son. I have had ENDLESS issues with insurance. They don't communicate with one another on anything. I called to update insurance 4 times on the phone and 3 times in person, each time they stated they had it and then they'd send me an outrageous bill stating it's because they didn't have any insurance on file. 8 months later ANOTHER outrageous bill in the mail for the same service previous paid in full. ALSO three years ago I paid in FULL out of pocket for a procedure and just a few months ago they bill me stating I owed $60! The bill was dated for that month but then the service was dated for three years back. How and why did it take them three years to inform me on this?? By then I no longer had my receipt or the same insurance to prove that I had already paid out of pocket anyway. I only had the $300 charge to my debit card showing payment being made but nothing to show the initial balance. I swear I feel like they just made some additional fee up to take more money. I ended up just paying it out of fear of collections but if I had the time and energy I would have fought tooth and nail. I'm so tired of dealing with them, i can't wait for this last billing issue to be resolved and to NEVER have any connection to them again.

No sense on urgency absolutely no staff. You will sit in a waiting room for 4 hours to then be forced to pay your co pay before they do anything

Poorest service we had had any so called medical location. We have been stuck in emergency ward for days, waiting for a room. Garbage, the local morge would better and warmer. Rooms are not cleaned our entire stay. The does a so-so job.
