She had samples, but I asked her to assist me in picking the color. The walls were being painted and at het suggestion, we waited a couple of days for the paint to dry. Last time they recommend someone to get the "bubble" out of my carpet and it was a great referral. “I'm embarrassed to say I went to Lowe's first figuring that it'd be faster and cheaper than a stand alone shop like this one, even with all the great reviews on this site. It wasn't until Lowe's after days of repeated follow up calls to both the third party installer and to the local store, they finally told me the install date wouldn't be for 3 weeks (not even close to my 10-14 day timeline). I called the store and they came out within a couple hours to measure with samples that met my needs. Their quote was 30% cheaper than Lowe's and they were able to help me find a carpet that would be available to install within a week!Installation day went exactly as planned. The installers were pros and were polite and clean.I really couldn't recommend them enough!”
