i opened chase for my business account a few months back. i have had bank of america my whole life. honestly i have had nothing but issues. customer service SUCKS the bank tellers suck its just all around garbage. i know multiple people who have had chase who have switched as well. every branch in gilbert i've been to is trash & the employees do not know what the fuck they're doing. just go to another bank

We were shopping around for a new business bank and so glad we came across this Chase branch!! We met with Anna and was immediately impressed. We felt as if we were in a small town bank. She is super friendly, informative, and was able to get our account setup immediately. She took time to listen to our specific needs and provided us with tailored solution for our needs. We laughed with her, talked about world travel, and felt like we've known her for many years. It was such a great experience!We had some other non-urgent account needs and Anna said Jennifer would be calling to assist us. Jennifer called before we could even get home. Also another very friendly person who assisted us.I came back to deposit money a week later and was greeted by Anna and helped by another team member who was just as helpful!I highly recommend this branch. They will help your individual needs and treat you like your gold! Chase also provides a free account for Veterans!

African American woman with glasses and a weird accent is very un professional and disrespectful she needs to be fired. Worst chase branch ever would not recommend

A bank that doesn't carry cash? You walk in and there aren't any tellers, just people at desks that want to sell you a credit card. Makes me want to switch my bank completely over.

Corinne was amazing! I always dread going into banks but she really made me feel welcome and cared for my needs. She treated me with respect and almost as a friend as well!! Not only that but she was very knowledgeable and efficient! Chase needs a lot more people like her!

Poor quality service. No in person tellers and ATMs can't issue funds. Lady seemed like I was in the wrong for having the audacity to withdraw money. Chase is losing its touch.

went to deposit cash at the drive up ATM - took my cash, started to process and then immediately restarted, screen went black and would not give back my cash or apply it to my account. Of course it's after hours and no help is available until tomorrow morning - have had Chase for maybe 2 months and it's absolute garbage

Horrible! Manager was yelling questions at us from across the room as she was with a client. I could not hear or understand Her as she had an extremely heavy accent. My wife has been a customer of chase bank for about 3 decades, she deserves a little more respect than what was shown today!

I came to the Chase Bank branch on 4/19/2023 with the intention of opening both a savings and checking account. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, the branch was completely empty with two bankers sitting at their desks, seemingly not helping anyone. When I approached them to open an account, I was first asked if I had an appointment. When I replied that I did not, I was told that I needed an appointment to open an account. When I asked when I could schedule one, I was told that they were booked and that the next availability was probably sometime next week.As someone who was planning to deposit over $100,000 in the next few days, I was extremely disappointed in this level of service. I ended up going to Bank of America down the street and opening an account within 30 minutes. It's unacceptable to me that Chase Bank was unable to accommodate my needs as a customer, especially given the significant amount of money I was planning to deposit. I was hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, the lack of customer service at this location was apparent.Overall, I would not recommend Chase Bank based on my experience.

They do not answer the phone and online service attempting to schedule a notary is several days out. That does me no good. Why is it that trying to get something notarized is more difficult that the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

Just came here for the first time since they've opened post-COVID. There's 5 people sitting in here with only 1 other customer and I couldn't get any help after waiting. Good riddance if this location gets closed again

Not a "bank", more like a financial institute. Cannot cash checks. Only have 1 ATM. I didn't like my experience here.
