This Chase location is amazing and today’s 5 ⭐️ award goes to Kylie W. Absolutely the best customer service I’ve seen in a while, but I came in with a simplistic transaction and she could have just been like ok, have a great day, no, she offered a way better suggestion and it took me by surprise. Her, idea was way better and very thoughtful!
To Chase Corporate, you have a winner within your ranks. Please give this branch an amazing nod and the teller, let her know how appreciated she is and thank you guys for all that you do also!

Didn't have a banker available to make a change to an account. Couldn't advise what branch would as same day appointments don't show up on the booking system. The teller couldn't advise I do anything other than make an appointment for 4 days later and deal with it. I really don't know why I do business with them. Other companies even online will do this remotely.

Zero stars. My husband and I went to this location about a month ago around 3:45pm to open a new account. We were told that it was too late, they close at 5 and they were very dismissive all chatting in the cubicle. Fast forward to today, we called all day to make an appointment, no one answered so we drove over at 3pm and we're told the banker who opens accounts has lunch soon. What is happening to great customer service. Chase is horrible, dismissive but must make a lot of money to not need more customers. Bank of America it is!

NEW CUSTOMERS!! BE AWARE!! Since the bank DOES NOT tell you that when you deposit a check via picture through the App they will hold your money for TWO WEEKS!! They will not release the funds at all!!! This is not mentioned on the website or the app! So make sure you go into the bank! In my case the check was for my escrow account!!! Terrible service! I would Highly Recommend a credit union I’ve never had issues with check deposits Ever!
