If there is going to be a charge to use a card to buy gas there should be a notice posted at the pumps.

The lady behind the counter is rude. One day she tells me the women bathroom wasn't working, to use the men. The men bathroom was flooded, leaking from the base of the toilet. Now today I bought lottery scratch off and a little money. She tells me she don't have that amount in the register, she can only give me $20. But she scanned all 5 tickets. I told her you scanned the tickets. She says I'm an Indian we don't lie. Young lady yes you do.

Unhappy unfriendly staff. Gas is ALWAYS about 50 cents more expensive than nearby gas stations. Store is usually disheveled. Pin pads on pumps don’t work. Car wash is often out of order, but there aren’t obvious signs - so you’ll pay, and then have to decide if you’re going to mess with getting a refund. I work right by this gas station, but I will drive to avoid it.

This place is nasty! Extremely dirty. No toilet paper in the men's bathroom. No soap to wash your hands. When I asked the woman cashier about the situation she said she cleans the bathroom at night. I said it's 9:00 in the morning. It shouldn't look like that this early. She replied "No Complaining". I can only imagine what her house looks like. Nasty, dirty stay away. yuk!!!

Middle-aged Middle Eastern lady rang me up for my water, did not say a word to me and had a scowl on her face the entire time…. I got 20 bucks cash back and she just handed it to me, again not saying a word… no hello… no thank you….no nothing, if you hate your job quit! or sell your station to someone who wants to provide good customer service. This was the rudest most unprofessional unfriendly Chevron I’ve ever been to

The owners might want to keep an eye on the Saturday workers. I caught them not ringing my stuff up. Instead they just took my $20 cash and gave me my $8 change. They didn't actually ring the stuff up. Obviously they're pocketing the money.

I go to Chevron because of the good quality gas. This gas station should not be affiliated with Chevron. I got 26.0 miles per gallon on my Honda Fit after using this cheap gas. Recently filled up at the Chevron on Val Vista and Broadway, and it jumped back up to 29.0 miles per gallon.

Went to fill my propane tanks and they charged me for more gallons than my tanks are rated for. Then they argued that my tanks were empty and thats why my 5gal tank needed 8gal. You could smell the excess propane being leaked into the air as soon as you pull up. Unbelievable.

I’ve gone here for years but when the car wash roller made a gash on the hood of my new car I called the owner and he started shouting at me that his car wash doesn’t scratch vehicles and he was not to blame. Enter at your own risk!! The owner named Sand, was very rude. Be ware of malfunctioning car wash and owner that does not take responsibility. I ran the claim through his insurance. I would stay away from this car wash!!!

This gas station has pretty much everything you need to keep your car in good shape. They have multiple vacuums and air pumps as well as a top notch car wash. The store is very clean and they also offer various items that might be of interest to a casual customer such as incense, air fresheners, and various other car maintenance products. The only downside is the food products can be a bit expensive and sometimes they don't have the coffee available late at night which can be a bummer. But having worked retail for a couple years I can understand how it can be difficult to keep everything in line all the time so to the people complaining about not having a "Starbucks" experience at a gas station I find them ridiculous and repulsive. They just built another overpriced neighborhood across the street so the cliental that is in and out during the day can be very unnecessarily boujee. I have been shopping here for my smokes and other car needs for the last 5 years and the customer service is fine for the most part. The owners are very polite and hardworking and will strike up an interesting casual conversations every now and then. The atmosphere in the store is very comfortable. They don't have the smelly and off-putting grill stations and the ridiculous traffic one might expect at a "QT" which for me is probably one of the most ridiculous retail experiences in the history of mankind. The owners will check you out quickly but not in a rushed or rude manner that we have been conditioned with at QT's. I'm not sure why people are being so ridiculous in these reviews because honestly this gas station is super convenient and provides a nice change of pace to the overly sanitized corporate image of Gilbert. I feel like a lot of the people writing bad reviews for this place are coming form a a self absorbed echo chamber so I feel its necessary to say that I personally enjoy the diversity this gas station brings to the community. Over the last few years instead of lowering prices or offering great products the QT'S and Circle K's of the world have been going overboard with grill stations and other things like dine in aesthetic that have really been annoying. Personally when I think of a gas station experience this Chevron is what I prefer and hope will continue to stay a fixture of the Gilbert and Ray crossroad. In conclusion this gas station is perfect for community and promotes a good sense of what retail should be. I am happy this gas station is up and running at full speed so I don't have to trek to QT (which is probably more akin to a fast food restaurant at this point) or the dingy Circle K's that have infested the east valley.
