I told him I couldn't hear him, and he responded by glaring and aggressively shouting at me. I won't be coming back.

The kid behind the counter continued to play on his cell phone while I stood at the counter waiting. I told him what I needed and 10 seconds later he mumbled to scan my card then went back to his phone. Extremely unprofessional.
