M-F mornings r filled with great service and the young girl deserves a raise because it's in comparison to her coworker (the black gentleman) on Saturdays and Sundays I'm not treated badly and targeted out of crowds of people idk what I did to the guy that works Saturdays and Sundays mornings I've only ever called him sir and done business with them but if I don't receive a written apology from the individual I'm not doing business there anymore thank you for hiring a person who lies and discriminates David Alan Rabbit

I sat here for over 20 minutes and after 8 customers drove up and left I decided to finally drive away. This happens at this location wayyy to often. Get it together guys.

Went there this morning, been going there for years since I own a business around the corner. The new manager is extremely rude! Not only to customers, but to staff as well! I hope corporate sees my comment and addresses this.

The pumps never work with your card outside. If you dont want to pay inside go somewhere else.

Why do you advertise that you’re open 24 hours but lock your door at midnight and all your workers scramble to the back room when someone knocks on the front door.

The lady that works at night doesn't know how to do her job or seems to care. Several times I have gone in to try to use my free club candy on the app, but she tells me I can't use it. There's also been stuff like snacks being the wrong price and deals like buy 2 for 5 not coming up correctly and she refuses to fix it saying she can't change prices. She also always seems to have an attitude.

Was just there like 10 mins ago and was standing in line after two people, the lady that works the night just straight up went to the back and went on her phone. Not even ringing up my stuff and leaving me in line standing there waiting. (Didn’t even buy anything I just walked out.)

So I go to the gas station like a normal person should and I see a bunch of people standing outside which it's common so I proceeded to go to the door and the door is locked we're sitting here staring at the employee she is putting a box up on top of the garbage can so we can see her in the back while she's sitting there doing nothing and telling us it's closed it's closed and getting smart with us why is it closed for one you only been here for an hour for two you're not supposed to be close you say you're over 24 hours a day so what's going on here like is this what the employees get to do now shoot I wish I had that job and not do nothing and get paid for it hell I think we all want to have a job like that management needs to do something and step up and be a miniature and stop playing games like a kid

The attitude of the lady work the night shift was horrific. She refused legal tender and when I said "That's technically illegal" she became outraged and became verbally combative. Not giving a calm explanation instead resorting to "no it isn't". While I went to my car to get my phone so I can activate my debt card by the time I got inside she already put back my drink and kicked my brother out who is visiting from Washington. She then refused me service and said I can keep the fountain drink. First off I want nothing to do with this loose cannon you employed and will never return to that circle k I go to almost daily. You always have such good employees but this lady had the biggest chip on her shoulder and was quick to argue. Disgraceful, I don't want fired but maybe educated as to why someone would say that and to be able to calmly explain why.

Not 24 hours staff locks the doors and doesn't open them for several hours at a time. False advertising, the sign should say closes at 12:39..employees are not opening to sit around and get paid for not working. Worst circle k in Phoenix
