I'm 40 years old and try to buy lottery ticket I clearly look over the age of 21 work next store didn't bring my wallet to show ID left it behind cause I've never had a problem buying anything that requires ID and was denied purchase I will no longer be going over to that circle k and we'll also tell fellow employees to stop going as well they are always rude and everything I go in there they ignore you and make you wait while they Cary on with non work related conversations and act like the customer is a burden when they don't want to use self check out

The older “manager” if she should even be called this is extremely rude, she’s unprofessional and one of the reasons I won’t be returning or continue to use this location to fuel my company’s many vehicles, I would highly suggest circle k reconsider their hiring process and make sure they’re employing individuals they want to represent their image and name. This rude inconsiderate racists woman had the audacity to racially profile an individual today that was informing her of another individual who was stealing she then proceeds to hid her own investigation and try and watch footage and treat the young man who was trying to help her poorly and make a comment along the lines of these white people are always stealing and this is my store etc ?!?! Like excuse me the nerve and this man was only trying to give her a heads up and help stop someone else from walking out with what I could tell you was pockets and pockets full items the amount was shocking. Anyways this ain’t the first time I’ve seen her treat people poorly or with a condescending attitude but it will be the last she shouldn’t have a job

Never has sweetener in the Sweet tea dispensers despite being asked numerous times (x7)to have it and blame it on their truck all the time not having it when all the other Circle K’s around them have the sweetener for theTea because they actually ordered properly… still go here because I have too but not by choice(by work)..Corporate this is on you. Where are you at? Not here it seems

The manager said they have to scan my ID to sell an 18 or older product this is a lie because they just have to see and verify the ID and age. She said it was the law to actually scan the ID this is not the law. The law is that I have to show a valid ID. Which I did but I don’t trust circle K to have a copy of my ID. They can barely keep there merchant services up and running last thing I want is to give them my ID and have a potential privacy hack and get a call later that I had my identity stolen.

thanks for putting an extra $75 hold charge on my account right before a festival road trip, right when I needed the money. I was just trying to get gas ($21.00) which you had the audacity to still charge me for with your holding fee.

Absolutely the rudest service. The guy there always is rude about the sip and save. Tells me all the time that he will charge me extra. Sorry if you are having a hard day but really. You are there for the constomers not to harassment about my drink really. I would go to another one but this is the only one by my work! A one is given cause 0 is not on there.

Lived in Arizona all my life and have been shopping at really the only convenience store I have known . I'm not referring to this store in particular but it's the store closest to my house. There are no less than 5 locations all within a few miles. Please can you please fix your soda fountains ? 4 of the 5 currently or within the past week have had the machine or part of the machine out of order. The store on Lindsey and Baseline it's been 3 weeks. This current location they were out of CO2 this morning !! The help is hit and miss for friendliness... but I get that... what I don't understand is being rude... the opening older last at Val Vista and baseline ... well she really should find a job where she doesn't have to deal with people... I really should just go to Quick Trip.... Service is so much faster, never seen a rude employee and OMG their machines work and I'm sure if they were out of CO2 they would just go get a tank or 3 from one of the other 4 stores in the area !!!
