How do you manage a gas statin with no cash drawer? I don’t care if it’s shift change. Some people don’t use cards, only cash! Unacceptable and no offer to open one, just a no. No apologizes, no nothing!

B E W A R E ! If you buy gas with CASH be sure to get your receipt. My tank did not take what I paid for and when I asked for a refund she would not give me one because I did not have my receipt. Late last year, I did the same thing at the same gas station. The male employee did not hesitate to look it up on machine and give me a refund.
This gas station is nearest me and has lost my business. I will go out of my way to get gas elsewhere because of her actions. Is this one of circle K,s way of gaining?

Didnt appreciate the employess forcing me to use the self pay kiosk. I was perfectly content waiting in line but he wanted to rush people thru and forced me to use it even afrer I voiced that I dis not want to.

Clean place, but the guy who works the front counter at seven in the morning is super selective on who he will assist. Just want people of color to know that there are other Circle K. You can skip this one.

Staff is usually pretty kind, but someone needs to teach Jeremy who was working at 11:30 April 6th how to tell the difference between a valid ID and a fake ID. I have been buying beer and other tobacco products from this store for 6 months now using my California ID (seeing how I just moved here). I have never had any issues until the 6th where I was refused a legal purchase of alcohol because I had an out of state ID. I told them several times that if they just scanned the ID it would work. (Seeing how I've been using it at this location for months now) but Jeremy refused to even try to scan the ID. And told me that everyone who had sold me alcohol before were wrong and never should have sold me alcohol. So I ended up having to walk a mile down the road to the other Circle K location where(you guessed it) my ID worked when the lady scanned it. Just like it works everywhere else, because it's a valid ID. I wanted to make a bigger deal of it and definitely could have. But they was obviously new and didn't know what they were doing. Train the staff better please! So people don't have to waste their time and effort due to poorly informed employees.

Literally every time I've gone in here the fountain drinks are unavailable. Every other Circle K will put a sign on the door, but you have to walk all the way inside to be disappointed. The amount of times you would've recieved my $1.27 would absolutely be enough to repair the machine.

This is a call for all Mexicans or Hispanic do not purchase anything from circle k Since they don't validate a international ID . So I stopped purchasing from discount store doesn't appreciate our culture

Sadly, it was the worst experience ever had at a Circle K. We stopped to grab some drinks and snacks before going our way. My son and husband went to the bathroom, which was where it began. I'm not trying to gross people out with this review, but let's just say someone didn't make it, and number 2 was everywhere on the seat. If that could've been the end of it, but there was also puke all over the floor. My husband told me it looked like it had been left for a while, too. Don't recommend stopping. it just was a lot.

The store is always clean, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. They keep their beverage department well stocked, and their hot food is always rotated and fresh. It's super busy in the morning but big enough to handle the crowd.
