Took my daughters to get their ears pierced and patiently waited while the one employee talked extensively long to another family. Once it was our turn the employee had nothing to say, so rude. I expect the same customer service to be given to everyone so I left.

I've been to this Claire's on Williams Field in San tan valley about three times taking my granddaughter to get her ears pierced. And there's a young lady that works there she looks to be about 18 years old. She's been there all three times that I took my granddaughter. And yet I'm 59 years old and she asked me for my ID to pierce my granddaughter's ears every time. Now she takes a long time staring at my ID like if I have a fake ID or something. Makes me feel very uncomfortable coming here and giving me that kind of customer service. Her customer service is very bad and I don't think I will be going there anymore. She's rude and not friendly I don't know if she's like that with everyone or just with us . We're always friendly toward her and she always has a serious look on her face. In my opinion she shouldn't be there with that kind of customer service.

I got my ears pierced for the first time and had a great experience. The employee who helped me redid the marker spots three times to make sure they were even. Her dedication to helping me to the best of her ability was very reassuring.

I got pierced, but the sweet associate was pretty shaky and now the piercings are uneven. ?. She was very kind and bubbly, so just something to watch out for.

Claire's is great for the children shopping experience as they always find something new and different that they don't have or would like to have. The items can be on the pricey side sometimes for what they are but their selection is always great with new items coming in seasonal and weekly.

Good piercings and selection, but it is always understaffed. They usually have a single person in there who is overwhelmed with customers.

Not a wheelchair accessible store. 1st visit they were moving displays anywhere I went. 2nd time I didn't want to do that so parked at the front door. Was cramped even there having to move for people coming in and out.

Got some jewelry here today and my third piercings done and the girls working were very knowledgeable! Will definitely come back for jewelry in the future.

I got my second hole done for my ears and now it’s infected and only got them done 3 days ago. I’ve been keeping them clean and doing the proper stuff but never again just go to a tattoo place and get them done
