I’ve had a membership with this company for 4 years. I never had a problem til this past week. I got scratches on the front of my roof above the windshield and one of the rubber moldings was ripped up. I talked to the manager and asst. manager and an employee about the problem. Because it’s a 2025 kia SUV, I was thinking they would just buff it out real quick, maybe 5 minutes. I’ve never intended an argument but it got that far. With my experience building high end cars for 18 years I knew what it would take and the manager argued with me for 20 minutes on how he knew more and made it seem like I was trying to pull a fast one on him. He insisted that I pay for it and my point is why do I need to pay you to fix something that was damaged. I could have paid it but that wasn’t the point, they wanted me to pay them to fix what the machine did. After another 20 minutes I decided to call the local police to file a report and because it’s private property. The police told me to get their insurance and I was told by the manager that they don’t have insurances to cover anything. So watch out! I’ll be filing a complaint and claim through the civil courts.

Paid extra for detail of the doors, dash and middle area. Didn't get done and didn't get vacuumed good. This place is normally better. I'm super disappointed.

Disappointing customer service at Cobblestone Car Wash on Val Vista
Our family has four cars on the monthly wash plan, and we’ve always loved coming here. The team is usually friendly, professional, and does a great job — most of the employees are fantastic and truly make the experience great.
Unfortunately, our most recent visit was overshadowed by poor customer service from an employee named Jason. My daughter was pressured to purchase a full car detail, and when she politely declined, he told her, “Then we aren’t going to clean your car.” He also charged her friend after she had clearly said no, which was completely unacceptable and caused an unnecessary hassle to get the refund.
It’s disappointing because we’ve been loyal customers and genuinely appreciate the rest of the staff. We hope management addresses this issue and provides Jason with proper training in customer service and professionalism, so all customers — especially younger ones — feel respected and valued.

They have more guys standing around talking than working today. Something is going wrong here. May need to try somewhere else. My car has dried before any of these idiots decided to start drying it. What a complete waste of money. Need to cancel my monthly fee if they are going to be like this..
I tried again today. Drove my car to the first spot position and went inside. After about 15min I didn't see my car come out of the tunnel but at least 10 other cars did. Went back to starting line and it was still sitting, idling, with door open. I just got in and left. Going back to the Alma School location or trying somewhere else. Don't go here as it's just a waste of time.

Update: First rain and as you can see in the photos, zero water beading which indicates ineffective application of their ceramic coating. Unfortunately these types of cars washes really do not offer any value in this day and age with the prices they are charging. I had not been to this location or any other Cobblestone for several years but this location is near my work so I thought I give it a go again. I used to get a pretty good detail for around $70 which included the premium wash and a sprayed wax in their detail bay. The techs normally would do a good job of looking back over the vehicle to see what was missed by the outside crew in the quick lanes. Today $110 was met with extreme disappointment. When I checked in, it took a few mins for the employee to approach my truck, seemed like he was waiting for the other representative to finish first. I let them know it had been a few years since I had been here but I wanted the same package. He was able to look it up and said it was now the sports package with ceramic, but the price was now $110. Ok fine, should be a really clean truck after that (not that it was all that dirty to begin with). To my surprise, the only thing that was done in the detail bay was a sprayed ceramic product by Adams company. It’s not a terrible product but at $20 a bottle at autozone, the up charge value is not there. To top it off, he didn’t even check the interior. As I’m driving away I noticed the whole dash was still covered in dust. Flipped the truck around and went back. The detailer was nice and apologized, grabbed a towel and gave it a quick wipe. Once I was back at work, I gave the interior a better look and see the seats were not vacuumed and there is zero dressing on any of the interior. So in short, I won’t be returning. I cannot recommend this location unless you are purely getting the most basic services.

Can we set a few more feet between cars, please? It's pretty stressful being in neutral when a car is tailing you and you're dreading the green light go at the end, if I'm a second delayed, I'm getting hit. This happens nearly every visit, even if it's not busy and only a couple cars, so it's simply lack of training/policy, but I'm considering taking the membership elsewhere since another review confirms accidents DO happen here.

I have been coming to this car wash since it opened. Play some strange names a couple of times but the current ownership has been pretty good up until now I took my car in and they messed up my right side mirror. When I talk to them about it because there had been a previous scratch brush on the mirror they did not take any responsibility for it. I will not go there anymore and make sure you check your mirrors before you go through that they don't have anything on them or else they won't take responsibility

I come here to get my car washed, vacuumed out and wiped out on the inside also. I get the Premium Package. They are friendly and do a good job. This location has full services and has a large inside waiting area. It’s not nearly as comfortable though as the previous location I used in Chandler on Alma School Road. Not much help inside either. I do like my clean car! Thanks all!!

Was greeted by super nice guy we talked about the service I wanted which was the works wash so I could get a good vacuum and wiped down the interior he talked me into the door dash which I was okay with figuring that $110 more Id at least also get a good vacuuming job and I asked about the buffing which I also added which totaled me around $185 and they couldn’t even give it a nice finish inside. I appreciate the front desk and the guy who originally greeted me but the outcome of $185 job was not impressed.

Employee #20560 greeted me in the full service lane. Unfortunately, the pricing for full service options was removed from the outside of the building so there was nothing to go off of besides trusting this employee’s word. When I asked about options, he told me the cheapest was $40 for a wash with a “dust and vacuum”. Come to find out this was ACTUALLY the most expensive option and included items I specifically said no to (ie lotioned leather, etc). To make things worse, when the car was finished, I hopped inside to find that the back seats hadn’t even been touched. Ridiculous.
Hope the extra couple of bucks they swindled out of me was worth the one star review. Poor customer service with dishonest employees. Don’t go here.

Bought the $58 Full Service. I'm thinking that is considerably more than I paid back in March '25. I've been traveling since then. Either way, terrific job & Service. Have to recommend highly!
