Every time I go to fet my car washed the staff are always smiling and greeting. Makes me feel appreciated. Big recognition to Rick and Ramon.

This morning started off rough—I spilled coffee all over my car on the way to dropping off my kids, and to make things worse, I realized I had left my wallet at home. When I stopped at the car wash, I tried using Apple Pay but their system wasn’t set up for it. The kind gentleman working there still let me go through, showing me a level of kindness and understanding that truly made my day. That small act went a long way, and I’m deeply grateful. I’ll definitely be back with my other cars, not only to pay back what I owe but also to support a business with people who genuinely care.

With a full size truck it never gets completely clean. Misses the upper center of the windshield and absolutely does nothing to the tailgate. They do always have clean towels and the area is also clean and maintained so that's a plus.

Locked in on a low monthly rate. They recently started raising my rates without my approval. Wash was regularly scratching my paint.

They make a big deal about being open until 8 in the summer, but I rolled in at 740pm tonight 9/2 and while there were two employees hiding in a corner near the building, the lights leading to the car wash were turned off, there was a cone in front of the car wash entrance. Nobody came over to let me know it was closed or what was the issue. Thanks guys. I pay for two cars to have the unlimited. Usually fine, this sucked.

I needed a new windshield sticker as I’m a monthly customer. They could not update my account or give me a new sticker. They told me to come back later sometime. Nobody in Arizona has the windshields replaced? This should be easy, but they did not take care of my situation. I have three cars that we take there monthly. I guess they don’t want our business anymore. They also refused to add a fourth car as well. Not a good experience, I’m looking at other car washes.

Love taking all my cars here to get washed! We have the unlimited plan on all 4 cars and it helps keep them clean! Love the free vacuums & towel stalls are great to use when needed too. Also love that all the people there are so happy and smiling all the time!

Word is they will take your money and won’t let you go thru their car wash unless you purchase a membership. Held a friend of mine hostage and took her money cause she refused to buy membership and he said respect goes both ways and wouldn’t let her thru the hate for car wash. Never going back .this is not a respectable place forwards clients just the money they wanna take with giving you the service

I read a post about a woman who went to this exact cobblestone auto spa and was basically held hostage until she paid for a membership which is stupid and unprofessional. I'd recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
Tell you friends that they might hold you hostage for some more money
