This afternoon I brought my 2018 RAM 2500 over for the Full service Wash .. After only waiting :15 minutes my Truck looked absolutely amazing inside and out! Everyone was professional and friendly, I will definitely be back. Thank you

I do NOT suggest getting your car detailed here. I got it done about a year ago. Wasted $350 + and it was the worst car cleaning job I've ever had done. They literally sprayed grease on the interior and barely wiped it. There were still sticky drink rings in my cup holder and fingerprints on my doors. And instead of being careful and wiping around my dash camera located behind the rear view mirror they ripped it off the window. I had to get it reinstalled. No worries....I'll just NEVER get a full service car wash their again.
The ONLY thing I would suggest is the unlimited drive thru car wash. And they still even mislead me about that telling me it would only be $5 extra to add another car when it ended up being triple that. They are sneaky with their words so be careful. However the drive thru car wash pays for itself after 2 washes so that's good.
I called to make a simple change to my unlimited account and instead they have been charging my card every three days. I have been charged four times for the same thing. All I wanted to do was remove one vehicle. Now I have been robbed for almost sixty five dollars. I had to do a charge back on my credit card to get my money back.Because nobody is helping me.

This particular location is the worst… most other cobblestone locations are excellent, on top of it an unlimited monthly plan is really not unlimited, its limited to two visits per day, that might not be a big deal to you but if you drive rideshare and constantly want a clean car, then this is probably important to you

I can't leave zero or I would im done im not renewing my membership anymore and wasting my money for the frustration I've tried multiple plans multiple locations and its just a waste of money rush you through barely vacuum don't wipe down anything its very disappointing

Bad customer service !!! Left long message to your corporate. They don’t have above 4 stars . Be careful they don’t care . All of them laughed and wanted to argue . Even the guy that printed my ticket came back inside to argue more !! What and the manger watched the whole thing and didn’t tell him to go back outside . Be careful what you are offered , always a up charge .

I went to Cobblestone to get my car detailed, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. After the service, my window button was broken. It was overextended as they wiped my passenger door. When I asked to file an incident report, the manager refused to let me do so.
Each time I asked if the camera footage showed whether the button was visible, he would only say, “It doesn’t matter, I can see him,” but never actually answered my question. He never clarified if the video showed the condition of the button at all, which felt dismissive and unhelpful.
Overall, I left feeling frustrated and unheard. I expected accountability and at least the chance to file a report, but instead I was denied that basic step.
I called customer support and I’m still waiting for a call back. So far the costumer service has been nonexistent

Pretty poor job on my wash today - got the highest tier one also the platinum. The outside looks okay but the interior they missed a lot of spots and did a horrible vacuum job

I paid for renewal on my account on 9-20-25. Today I tried to get a wash and was told I would have to pay again. The attendant who came over to my car was abrasive and rude. I pulled my car out and parked and walked inside. I asked to speak to a manager. A young girl asked if she could help. I explained that I had paid $32 last week for my account. She tries to tell me that I paid for a single wash. Cobblestone doesn't have a single wash package at $32. I tried to explain this and show my bank note from last week assuring her I had been charged. She then became rude and said, I don't know what to tell you. I informed her I was filing fraud charges with my bank and maybe in the future when a customer asks for a manager..she should go get one. She continued being condescending. I have filed fraud and sent a message to corporate. I have 5 other vehicles that use cobblestone, all of them will be removed because of how I was treated at the val vista and baseline location.

These guys are great. Going above and beyond to do a good job and always treat me well. I take a break from work and get my car washed multiple times a week. I’m always happy with how it turns out.

I waited in line for 15 minutes and I tried to flag down two people to let them know I got a new windshield and needed a new tag, they said I had to wait in line until I got up to the front so I could wait longer while they went inside to give me a new tag. Rude. The guy running the line was nice though.

I wanted a receipt and the guy walked up and just said, it doesn't work. Well fix it! He said I need to go inside. If I wanted to go inside, I wouldn't be in this line. Other than that it was ok.

Mediocre wash and general terrible service. An employee had the nerve to tell me that a poor experience i had previously never occurred. Unreal. If you want a half assed wash and to be pissed off this is the place for you.

I wonder how many people u guys have charged for services never performed on their vehicles. Spending almost $400 on things that wasnt put on my car is HIGHLY UPSETTING. Wonder how much damage this caused my car paying to replace my engine coolant to drive off with it empty since MAY!!! Did I even get an oil change? I'm now having problems with my vehicle. Thanks to my mechanic catching these things but I now have over $600 to come up with to pay for damages. Plus side, I finally got my new wiper blades TODAY that I had payed for in MAY ($50+)😩i feel taken advantage of the fact that im a female but whatever never coming here again!

Horrible wash! I was told oh get our membership today and we will give the top wash. That was a lie and the wash does a horrible job period.
