Love OneAZ! App is really easy to use, their cards work with Apple Pay, Venmo, etc. Some cards have the tap to pay (mine is older so mine does not but the newer ones do). Transferring money between checking and savings is easy and fast. Haven't had any issues since setting up my account in 2020!

My elderly family member had an issue. We arrived at opening time and Kudos to Michael for fitting us in and working quickly to research and resolve the issue. I noticed the reviews are low., but my experience at this Branch as always been great, especially with the tellers; Ria, Sandra, Noah, and Ruth. Thank you all for providing excellent customer service.

I had an appt set up with personal banker Kari Patrick to help me resolve a simple issue with this bank and a lost Zelle payment. She heard the issues and promised to get back to me. Then never responded again, even though I sent emails and called to check in. I have never experienced anything like this from a professional at a bank before. Kari Patrick is not who you want to deal with!!**EDITI see the bank FINALLY decided to respond to me 30 days later. I wonder why it took a month? Though the Zelle payment originated at OneAZcu and got lost on the way to my bank... at least I finally heard back after having to write a negative review.

Chris P. was amazing in quickly getting me a loan to purchase a Jeep Rubicon. He is extremely professional and even helped me get the loan in all cash. The seller gave a discount if I had cash and Chris made it happen. Noah also was great as a teller in offering me a cash bag to hold the lump sum for the Rubicon. Good luck Noah in your pilots license! Great place to do all your banking. We love credit unions!

Based upon my experience the call-in Members 'Team' is ZERO stars as I have noted in the past. That's why I drove to the branch. Recommending I call them since I've closed my accounts is completely asinine! Just another meaningless Canned Corporate Response.

I bought a new car and needed a loan. Andrea Valdez Garcia was incredible! She went above and beyond to get everything squared away, especially since we were dealing with a credit lock that was hard to remove! I love this credit union and Andrea made me enjoy the loan process as much as possible!

What a complete waste of time. Don't let their advertisement on low interest rate for a new car get you in the door. The loan officer is a very nice person, it's the new car loan process/under writer is a 1 star. Went to check out financing a new car but there loan process evaluate the car value based on cost of car without tax, documentation fees, registration fee, destination delivery fee etc.

Thank you to Mitch for helping us open our accounts today, after 20 years with Desert Financial we were nervous to switch, but due to relocating to Northern AZ needed a credit union in that area. He made us feel very comfortable and did not try to pressure us. Looking forward to banking with OneAZ credit union!

We had a horrible experience with the customer service at OneAZ in Gilbert, AZ. Our personal information was sent to an unknown third party email address. When we questioned the Sr. Digital Banker about she never gave us an explanation or apology. We are concerned personal information was accidentally sent to an unknown third party individual. We do not want any business with this company.

I have banked with ONEAZ for two years and have always had a pleasant experience. Just recently I went into the branch and walked in to be greeted my a personal banker named Mitch, clean cut well mannered and funny! He was quick to help me! I wasn't quiet sure what I needed to do with my account and he helped me figure out exactly what I had to do.It was quick and easy! Very clean! He made sure to wipe down the desk prior to us sitting. Thanks for the great service I would highly recommend Mitch if you need help with your finances!

Their loan officers have poor communication and don't get back to you. it's been weeks of calling, leaving voicemails trying to get some answers and not one returned phone call. The credit union as a whole doesn't seem to be very well organized. You will talk to someone in the phone to get answers and they will tell one thing just for you to find out that that's not the case when you actually go in in person.

Caitlynn and Austin were EXTREMELY helpful in getting my refinancing handled quickly and oh so easily! There are a lot of great reasons to check these folks out for your financial needs: 1. Smoking hot app for smart phones 2. Personal attention from agents 3. Rarely any lines in the office 4. ATM relationships galore You've really got to look at them!
