Wow the girl with badly done highlights and brassy hair was so rude. She must be newer as I'm here alot and have never seen her before. I asked her for this product, where it CLEARLY says they have it in store and she was quick to say they don't have it. Like sis??? It says it right here in the app. I was gonna stand there and order it as a pick up to watch her grab it and hand it to me lol but I just wanted to go home after a long day of giving STELLAR customer service. She was slouching over the counter the whole time I was in the store with the most annoyed looking face on. This poor old lady was asking for recs & she was so short with the lady, just giving her quick y/n answers and when the old lady wanted to strike conversation she wouldn't even say anything. Working there is not a hard job at all, there's never a fleet of customers in there so idky that worker had a stick up her a*** Rant over

Some of the upper management is about as useful as a wet paper bag. I will be reporting to this store. Absolutely ridiculous.

Customer service is horrible and so unprofessional. I went in and asked a clarifying question about the price of something that was far higher of a price then the shelf price said and the cashier replied, "thats what it says" in such a condescending tone. Left a horrible taste in my mouth and I'll go elsewhere for the product I need.

The staff is NOT professional and have a lot of attitude towards all customers. Lots of shouting between staff members while I was in the store for less than 10 minutes. It is not a very big store, so I don't understand why the staff members shouting to one another from the next aisle over. I had a a great experience at the old Town Scottsdale location

For barber supplies they have the best price. Toughest part is finding stuff in stock.

I left embarrassed. I entered the store today in hopes I could buy a decent pair of scissors to cut my son's hair, but was met with a call out across the store from an employee demanding what I wanted. I quickly explained and was told to go else where because the store was for licensed professionals only. While the policy seemed strange (that only licensed people can buy haircutting scissors), I can understand and move past that. What bothered me was that I was singled out between a female customer entering immediately before me AND after me. Why was the employee rude and abrupt with me but didn't give them a second thought? Can a man not cut hair?
Again, it's not the store policy, but it was how I was treated that bothered me. I hope CosmoProf can address this issue.

Ever since Melody left this store is awful!! They are constantly out of stock, they have randomly closed their store several times during peak shopping times and the new manager is pretty abrasive. I will now be going to the other locations even though this one is right down the street.
