In the past week, I decided to switch all my phones over to COX from Xfinity. I’m new here to Arizona from Colorado. While Xfinity made departing from them as easy as breaking into Fort Knox, COX was not only helpful but became my entire team, coach and cheerleaders! Because Xfinity refused to let me go over the phone, I had to drive 2 hours each way to Tucson, twice in two days. (Their review is coming up next😉) After I was able to get out from under Xfinity, I returned my phone the next day and was warmly greeted and they were kind enough to give me a credit, simply for all the trouble I had to go through. COX has made one hell of a first impression! I hope it lasts! Thank you so much for hanging in there with me this week!

They have a Black Friday iPhone 17 deal going, my husband and I went and switched phone services with Alex. He explained everything clearly, was friendly, and quick! Great experience

what a great experience with Todd and Kris came in had a problem with my Internet bill. They quickly reversed the charges that we’re not supposed to be there. You know have a system works right anyway. What a great company to deal with. Don’t call Cox come into their location at Williamsfield mall with Kris and Todd Heckman Todd Heckman.

I recently tried to cancel my COX service using their online chat. The agent refused to cancel and continued to harass me with offers that I don't want. The interaction took 40 minutes to complete and I had to repeatedly remind them that the decision is made and I want to cancel my service.
If you have COX, you will have -ok- internet, some of the time. Over time your speed will decrease and you will have to call and fight with them to get some sort of a reasonable discount or bump in speed (that they could have done the whole time).
I would say that in the marketplace of actual competition, COX is a horrible service. They only succeed because most people don't have any alternative. Cheers!

I recently purchased a new construction home that came with Cox equipment. I tried to self install to no avail. I was about to give up on Cox and go back to T-Mobile internet to work remotely.
I wound up needing to have a technician come out to troubleshoot and that is where the magic began. I was so formulate to get Dave Langstrom as my technician! He is such an asset to Cox communications. I can't express my gratitude enough for all his help getting me set up to work from home. I am NOT a technology person and he empowered me to be confident in setting up my new home in a way that I can grow into. He made the difference between loosing a customer and gaining a raving fan. Thank you Cox for having employees like Dave to assist us customers!

I trade in my iPhone for the new iPhone 17. We were told that our phone would arrive by Friday. We asked if somebody needed to be home when the shipping arrives and the sales guy said yes, somebody needed to be there. The phone never arrived , we called and they said it was in back order. We waited another week and nobody called or followed up. We decided to go and speak with the sales person and he said they never told us that the phone was going to arrive in a particular date. My husband spoke with the “supervisor” and he said he will just call us when they know something. Really bad costumer experience. They lied to us and they are insinuating that they never give us that information. Stay away from this store. Still waiting on my phone.
