My wife and I joined CrossFit preferred in attempt to set both our lives back on a healthy lifestyle. She never did CrossFit before while I’ve done CrossFit for 10+yrs and gone to many gyms (also 10+ different gyms and locations).Among all of them, CrossFit preferred is the best combination of important factors that I’ve found: quality coaching, quality programming, good facilities, and an especially connective community.Also both my wife and I are still there 2 yrs later and love it! Highly recommend for anyone at any fitness level!

This is an amazing place. It’s community driven and soon you begin to feel like family. The trainers know their stuff and push you to be your best but also help you to scale when needed! This Gym is for everyone. Young and Old! Highly recommend. Member since Jan 2023.

Love this place. I’ve been coming here for years. Well worth coming to a place that has the program and class ready at set times. Half the time at a normal gym I wasn’t pushed with a group. It’s a great environment and I highly recommend this gym. Also it’s a place for all levels so everyone can get a great work out in.

I joined this wonderful gym almost 3 years ago, and it has been one of the best decisions in my life! I walked in the door 50 lbs heavier, knowing I had to turn my health around but didn’t have a clue where to start. I was looking for a place where I could just show up, be told what to do and get results. I knew I didn’t want to join a traditional gym where I would likely just end up just walking around for an hour, wasting my time on a treadmill (which I hated and still hate) because I did not know how to use the equipment and I did not know anything about proper programming. With my busy lifestyle, I didn’t really have the time to research all of that. Also, as a middle aged woman, I wanted to incorporate more strength training, since that had been heavily lacking my entire life. After researching several group fitness options, I learned that CrossFit had a heavier focus on strength training than other options such as OTF and F45, which is how I came across CFP. Indeed the group classes CFP are fun and challenging BUT you can jump in at any fitness level since you can scale all the exercises. The coaches, while experts in the fitness space, are also warm and caring. In addition to group classes, you can also enroll in an outstanding nutrition program. Members are from all ages and skill levels, so you will plug into a community that offers more than your traditional gym. Do it- join the CFP fam!???

After moving to a new area and trying out a couple gyms, it was a no-brainer to sign up at CrossFit Preferred. The coaches are great, the programming accommodates all fitness and skill levels, and the facility is clean.

High quality coaching, great community, fantastic people. I live in North Mesa but it’s worth it to me to drive past a lot of closer gym options for the right coaching and people. 5am class and crew are the best!Highly recommend.Also just refurbished.

I’ve been a member at CFP for 5 years & I absolutely love it! It’s not your typical CrossFit gym. There are members at all different fitness levels & the coaches actually care about making you better every time you come into the gym. The atmosphere and culture is so positive. It feels like family!
