Scammer sales. I called to ask for rental rates and was verbally quoted a great rate then asked if it was a promotional or introductory rate and was told no. I just looked at the latest invoice and saw the rate was 85% higher. When I called to ask why it was increased they replied it is in your lease agreement.

Price keeps going up but the 24 hr access is worth evey penny although must be careful the gilbert police will harass you if you are their past normal hours

It a little expensive, but if you need 24 hr access, it’s definitely worth the price. Always clean, and conveniently located close to the 202.

It seems like either your processes are severely broken or your training philosophy is completely nonexistent. I called early in the am to book a unit. The rep informed me that I was booking to an express unit in Mesa which was said to be open on Sunday. I found out on arrival to the unit (after hours of packing, renting a Uhaul, and searching for the self service Kiosk in the rain) that the facility that I booked at was not an express facility. Then it gets better, I was redirected to another facility over 20 miles away which is now far from my new apartment. Additionally, the remote associate was to provide me with a gate code that didn't work. After another call to the support line, I discovered that this number was an account number and not the gate code. So much time and effort was wasted. No one seemingly knows how to do basic validation or the company doesn't believe in proper training and support.
Update: Someone from management saw this review and reached out as an attempt to provide resolution. Nothing doing. They offered me a free month of rental even though I informed them twice that I was already moved out. I would be hard pressed to ever use these services again. Best of luck to all who do going forward.

These people are thieves. This is privately owned. I had communication was out of town due to a death. They went and sold my unit without notifying me. I reached out to district office and said too bad
Horrible horrible
Your theives u auctioned off my personal property my father died. I had to go out of town to take care of that. I called the store manager and the district manager. They gave me the wrong district managers information and nobody returned my call for weeks. I spoke to somebody November 8 they auctioned my stuff off November 14. I was in constant communication with Angelo you robbed me during the death of my father and didn’t give me the correct district Manager, I have documentation and I recorded conversations you are thieves

Besides the construction as you pull in which should be fixed once there done working on the driveway.. inside was good easy access has gate code and a door code they have some outdoor units you can pull up to if available mainly it's all large indoor units and they done the extra work to stop any crackheads that want to crawl from unit to unit they have metal beamed fence on top of every unit and a climate controlled indoor units at decent prices

First time experiencing a self storage. All the sign up was handled on the web on Sunday. Office was closed but a call to the listed number got us the access code and the barrel lock. I was surprised at how cool it was inside. Carts were available for item moving. Multiple entrances made the door to storage distance pretty low. The roll up door opening was about 95% of the storage width. I don't think paying extra for a close to door location is with it. So far so good.
